I don't know why but after I practice for about 45 minutes nonstop, I feel like my brain lacks oxygen, about to pass out... Maybe its the chin rest, kind of feel like there's no blood supply to the brain.. XD But the way I place it on my shoulder is just the right place for me... Hmm.. am I the only one having this problem?

QUOTE(Violin! @ Mar 20 2009, 10:17 PM) i use Crown GLM-200 as the mic, going through M-Audio FW410, just that simple. the cello and harpsichord are virtual instruments played with keyboard... now i listen back again my hair stand cause really shaky playing and intonation. |

QUOTE(yangxi @ Mar 21 2009, 12:00 AM) yes, i recorded 3 times, all 1 take lol. i record until the chopped part messed up that's why i cut away the rest. it was a test recording but i thought maybe i just make it into full parts and post it up to ask for opinions. |

QUOTE(little ice @ Mar 21 2009, 12:20 AM) i use cubase. I see. There is two mics?oh and forgot to mention, the mic is clipped on the chin rest and the mic is on top of the violin (some where around on top of the area between bridge and tailpiece) pointing the soundholes. I think if the mic is too near to the violin, it will have difficulty to play. |

a plus sign on top of a note means you plug with your left hand.
