1st time buy house

struggle with the developer and management
got CCC on OCT 12, until now still cannot installer electric meter
water meter should install within this 2 days but maintenance fees need to pay from OCT 12
need to clear all defect before renovation, after renovate warranty gone (wtf)

mind to share some tips in pm or at here bout how some of you manage to buy 700k houses ??

all property i ask around 700k++ , it is really that easy to pay the monthly installment and the maintenance fee?

Obvious answer is save money or earn more money but I think you should quickly get a property first if you need a place to stay... get 200k or 300k place first then continue to save and find ways to earn more and then in future maybe u need 200k only because your existing place already worth 500k... good luck !

Becz u are targeting those high end houses. There is a lot of below 400k available but of cz not as high class as 700k House

Hey guys, what do think about Batu Kawan properties?
Currently I'm staying on island in sub-sale old apartment only, seems like the only affordable landed house would be in such location. Was thinking of buying one as 2nd property, perhaps after retirement moved out from island. blush.gif

1. Area not so congested
2. Free hold
3. Easy access to amenities like hawker food

Elit height and arena commercial title having problems selling due to high assessment rate. I am looking for something affordable in bayan baru. Sungai ara too congested

There have many of choices with your budget mentioned here, along queenbay & surrounding bayan baru a lots condominium fall into this price range. you can grab such in this down trend economy as some owner really urgent release their unit with vary reason. :-)
