Hi, I am looking to buy a landed house in Penang Island for capital appreciation and also possible stay when I retire. This will need to be be in a peaceful area, but with good access to shops and medical facilities. Since I may not stay for few more years, good rental returns, at least to cover basic costs and loan interest, is also a requirement.

Property can be under construction or completed.

after doing research for many months, prefer arena residence, The residential title block due to close to many amenities and food. All by walking distance. Interested on the 1450 sqft but owner asking price too higher ... over rm830K. I offered the agent rm810k but no response from owner. So i decided to look for the smaller 1300 sqft. Currently got some rm720K (agent never reply whatsapp, some H yeoh), rm680k but top highest floor, another rm780k , and now got rm670k mid floor.  In consideration now.....
