tanjong tokong side no small unit for sale? not interested in breeza or tamarind..

around 1000 to 1500 sq with seaview..are there existing condos ?

Hello all,

Wanna ask what do you guys think of Royale Infinity Condo in Tambun?

Studio is at 320k , 700sqft. Any opinions?

I do not own any house yet. Looking for home, not for investment.(but if there are any points,..... )

Some would argue to suffer abit for a normal 3 room 1100sqft. But I can't afford it.

Always go for what u can afford 1st in the beginning. Ur property price may increase overtime and u will be able to upgrade to bigger units in future. Better dont choke urself to death from the start. And also try to study and choose the unit and area where property value appreciate faster. So u wont be stuck there forever

The Tamarind comprises two towers, which sit on a seven-acre plot of freehold land -- with 552 units that have built-ups from 1,042 sq ft and priced from RM660 per sq ft.

the facade really doesnt look e&o. hopefully the interior mou zheng wai the brand name even though is more "affordable" price...

I think better buy now as after few years the property price might catch up too and u might end up paying more for the same unit u can get now.

I was assigned to Penang by company, when I look for a property agent in Penang, he mention that I need to pay commission to him (Agent) also. 50% from owner and tenant. It is same for all agent in Penang?

yes that is correct..penang has different set of rules..

good for owners not so much for tenants

Property prices have been steadily declining in Penang since mid of last year. I'm talking about high-rises, not landed.

If you're still thinking about investment in a condo or apartment in Penang, better wash your hands clean first!

If high rise condos are steadily declining in Penang, why are there so many new projects launched and prices are exorbitantly high? confused.gif

That's why not affordable lo. Those launches not targeting the locals. They targeting foreigners to buy perhaps.

I have viewed quite a number of projects from Tanjong Tokong to Batu Ferringhi. Seems like most buyers are Penangite.

May I know which project you have viewed? Granito? Tri pinnacle? Tamarind or Alila 2?

Word of caution, don't ever believe the coloured stickers developers put on the sales gallery, telling you units have been booked, sold out to locals, etc etc.
Common tactics to pressure potential buyers.
