Absolutely. If you work nearby and don't care much for a nightlife ie. you have a family and stays at home, then it's a great place. The area is booming though in clusters especially F&B though still far off from the island.

Saw ads on fb. Well I'm outsider so I am not sure, my question is how affordable is this really? I know my salary range could not afford this.

Base package capped at 300k, but no piping no nothing. Very basic.
Then those add on will balloon the price to more than 400k.

Say cannot rent. But how many are checked.... I don't know. Just an outsider question. I'd appreciate insiders news

At least capped at 300K maximum./

Those first batch one can even get 198K for kepongmas...
or 230K for Riamas in Old klang road.
Both location not bad.

alar this project had been selling since 5-6 yrs ago.....already completed for some time n now just clearing old stocks.

they are one of the taiko developer in penang island.....a lot projects on going...very good relationship with state gov that's y a lot projects on prime location....quality wise probably mid-tier or mid-high-tier depends on the pricing.

but there are some buyer complaints on hanky-panky on their older completed projects.....not sure how true was that.

The price is definetely cheap already..... 1500 sq feet

and, they plan to reclaim PSR, and hope become a cash cow after lease all the 3 islands to developers..
