assume you are looking at SemiD-

North part of the island - Bayu Ferringhi Residence, 3 storey SemiD - RM1.8mil onwards (market rental can reach RM8k / month)

Georgetown area, lintang sungai pinang- Skyline City Residence, 3 storey SemiD - RM2.6mil

Bukit Gambir - Raffles Residence 1818, 3 storey SemiD - RM2.6mil

All these area are quiet and peaceful surrounding

for actual pics, do google and see..

you can keep animals / pets at landed property

it is not allowed to keep dogs / cats at apartment or condo

by landed, you do not need to pay monthly maintenance fee / sinking fund

Utropolis by Paramount property can be consider as well

the condos cost RM270,000, 500 sq.ft onwards

those who plan to retire at a nice place is not other than @ batu ferringhi

price RM400k below, with 1,000 sqft (3 bedrooms)

yes, as iconic development s/b has a lot of higher end market, condo,

so they need to fulfill the quota of low / medium cost for the rakyat..

only people that had submit their (Rumah kos rendah / sederhana) form, and in the waiting list be given priority..

the buyer that bought it earn 1.6mil profit? just keeping it for > 12 years
