hi...i have experience this kind of scenario before..i tried to fed my baby<haha> by using the nursing bottle but she just refuse..

My solution??
First, i try to dip corner of a towel into milk, it works, she really likes it but it tooks time as i need to to dip again and again and again.
So, i come out with a really good idea and it really works.
Just use a very small sponge (dishwash sponge, which means u need to cut it), and place the sponge in the a small plate.pour the milk and
u'll see that ur cat will try to suck the milk out of it..

and dont let the cat lick milk/water at this age.

Food?just give whiskas for kitten. RM1.20 oni ma...
Dont give chunky food.. they dunno how to eat it.

Just please dont give ur cat away..its like a blessing if u have animals in ur house..=)
*
thx for the info.. shall try them out later!

QUOTE(Cimredopyh @ Apr 29 2008, 12:52 AM)
Maybe this kitten has come to you for a reason, an animal to love and care for is indeed a blessing.

If you are not able or willing to care for it properly, no one will blame you.
If that is really the case please do try your best to find someone who can help.
Rather than try to force yourself to do something you cannot cope with and end up taking shortcuts that cause the kitten to suffer.
Just be honest with yourself and make the best decision for this furry little bit of innocent life that was put in your hands.

If you really want to give this kitten a chance to live you have to give 100% effort.
A kitten that young is very fragile, its not a good time to be experimenting with different kinds of milk and food.
To help you imagine what kind of havoc the kittens stomach and digestive system will experience with the wrong milk,
imagine giving a newborn human baby a bottle filled with whiskey coke.

If someone was trying to feed you something that was making you feel that ill would you be willing to drink it?
*
hm.. but aren't they proper food i give? i give it "cat biscuit" also. (small fish shaped biscuit, which claimed by the pet shop it is cats' food) it just don't wanna eat. i already put the bottle in front of its mouth.. it doesn't suck at all. it doesn't even smell!

ok.. will buy the kitten milk later and try smile.gif

im not sure about the list of vets above, maybe other friends here can recommended you vets in PJ.

in my case, i do not worry about neuter male cat. because the operation is somewhere around the testis only. which means outside.

but im always worry about female cat, because it involve inside the body. and some vet do it "cin cai" way. but i like one vet in Equine Park, they do it very clean and properly, even they cut it straight and sew it nicely smile.gif and also they trim my female cat fur in straight line very nice one smile.gif why i want it to be nice and clean? because that fur takes time to grow, so ofcourse u want good alignment around that area right eheheh...

You can refer to the first page of this thread for benefits of spay/neuter your pet.

We have referred to the "Jawatankuasa Kemajuan Islam Malaysia" regarding the neutering of pets. Below is the "fatwa" issued by JAKIM (July 2002):

"All pets like cats and dogs are allowed to be neutered or spayed in order to maintain the health and welfare of both the animals and the community."

"Bahawa mengembiri binatang kesayangan seperti kucing atau anjing hukumnya adalah diharuskan dengan sebab-sebab tertentu iaitu bagi menjaga muslahat ummah."

After studying the messages of the aforementioned "mazhab"s and the medical viewpoint of the SPCA animal experts, 'JAKIM' has decided that neutering of cats for reasons of 'maslahat' is acceptable. It is in agreement with 'qaedah' (way) Fiqhiyyah which states "To choose the lesser of two evils".

wow PJ is so much more expensive than Cheras. If you want cheap one, can go to the SPCA at setapak. But far i guess for you.

Equine Park vet charge Rm80 for male, and RM138 for female. Can go back directly if the cat wake up faster. other like hundred plus.. but not more than two hundred.

vaccine the cheapest i found is segar vet RM35 (4 in 1), else the government animal hospital in cheras RM30.

They might be suitable for cats but not a kitten that should still be drinking its mothers milk.
Just like whiskey coke is suitable for adults but not a baby.

Eggs are just protein, the whole egg is ok to feed them but some people remove the yolk due to cholesterol concerns. Feeding just the white will still be beneficial.
Im not sure about just the yolk by itself tho.

eggs good for cat fur and coat.

you can make scramble egg for your cat... which means cook.

you can give raw yellow egg, but NOT white egg, white egg must be cook.

I still prefer cook stuff (just plain cook without anything added)
