Please beware for this seller on ebay. The cheated people at ebay posting original Nokia N95 and later money received sent china made nokia to buyer. When buyer receive item, not as descripted on the posting and request to return or change, seller acccuse buyer cheating for changing their original nokia to a fake nokia.

I bid the seller item original Nokia N95 8gb used 2 months old at his ebay posting on 3/01/2008. At first the seller is very corresponsive and reply to every mail. I bank-in money to his RHB account on 04/01/2008 and request him to post the item to me. Later i received the item 3days later. When i open the item, i found that the item i bid orginal nokia has changed to china made n95. I immidiately contact his hp. But the hp never on. I try to sms and message him using ebay. The next day i received his massege. And i told him that this is not the item i bif for and is not original nokia. I ask for a return and sent me back my original item. But this seller, told me under his policy there is no return. I told him that i receive the wrong item and later the seller accused me for cheating him by changing the original nokia and use fake nokia to cheat him. PLEASE IS YOU ARE GOING BUY ANY ITEM FROM HIM PLEASE DON'T HE WILL SEN YOU FAKE NOKIA. I have checked with few of his other buyer and they have similar case like me. Receive china make nokia.

Are you also a victim from this seller buying n95 from him.

In fact most Asian market's Nokia N95 is actually made in China. Same goes with many other Nokia models in this region. Nokia tried to cover it up by using the words "Made by Nokia" instead.

Check out US & European Nokia models, it states "Made in Finland".

Just take out the battery of your Nokia model & check it out.

For the fake N95, the differences can be quite easily spotted though.

I have leave a follow up negetive feedback for him. I hope no more victims from this seller. Last time, he has a ebay store when i buy the item from him and today i check. No longer have ebay store. We will dissapear soon in ebay and i think will created another new name for himself to continue scamming people.

This is my second time conned in ebay. What a bad luck of me. December i have been conned rm1200 and now just a month January another rm1620. I dun trust ebay anymore. Even if i have reported to to police, i dunno whether the police is sdoin something about. I never hear internet conned man been catch.

Although you have report to the police. But the police also can't do anything already. Try to get some friends which working at that particular bank & try to the grab the info from that scammer account.

I like too. But i dun have any friends working around in the bank section. Could not get his details.

Check my thread, the fake N95 really almost 100% similar with real N95.

My fake nokia totally fake. Just like a toy. No Nokia n98 8gb wording on the front of the phone. Very light. Only black color that all. The box show n95 silver and inside the fake n95 8gb is black. With a adapter and a data cable. that's all.

i dont think hes a malay. talking trash , making no sense in BM.im a malay, n believe me, the msg sounded like direct translation from english. he's just lying n provoking u.never ever buy from ebay malaysia unless got paypal secured. i never trust ebay malaysia for 1 bit

Yeah, I think so. cos i also check other of his buyer victim at the same time. He also told me this is created by him just to treatening me. As i know they are already 5 buyer conned by him including me neither receive a fake nokia or totally none from him. All the same, Accusing buyer fro cheating him or told buyer already posted with fake poslaju consignment note.

huhu..luckily i try to search for his hp number in yahoo and it directed to this page..huhu..he also publish his FAKE NOKIA N95 8GB in mudah.com.my. he say that the set from singapore and he only sell for RM800. before that i confuse why he sell it too cheap and then i try to search in lelong for the 2nd hand price and i saw the picture he publish same as the picture of one of lelong member publish as china made nokia. thats why i try to search his hp number through internet and its directly to this forum. i feel safe now and i already reported to mudah.com.
he also reply my email said that he is the construction manager and quite busy so didn;t prefer COD but i didnt ask him for COD before. huhu.. thak you friend...and i hope this person will be caught. thank you all...

Yes, for example a fake (look-alike) N95 8GB sold around RM500 whilst the real set is RM2000 stg.

ymiskandar, i am so happy you are not cheated by him. i could have save a lots of people if they really search for this person before buying anything from him. Never trust ebay malaysia. There's just too many scammer there. Plus if you look at all his feedbacks they're almost all from (0) buyers. Use ebay from other countries (ebay.uk or ebay.de). And dont EVER buy an item from China. i learned that the hard way.

I never ever buy things from ebay since then. You are right, too many scammers. Have you been cheated buying items form china. If you have, do shore with us so it will also hlep others too.

If all else fail, you can lodge a case with Claims Tribunal, I was a victim earlier this year and get back my money via Claims Tribunal TTPM.

Did you paid to this buyer? He has open many ebay account to trick buyer. PLEASE BEWARE WHEN YOU DEPOSIT MONEY TO "KOH CHENG SOON". He got a girlfirend and both are conman.

I paid, similar to your story, he was friendly and patience in replying your questions before transaction. Once paid, will ignore your massages.
Will lodge a police report tomorrow, will keep you updated.

Straightaway dispute him on ebay, high chance Ebay will refund ur money, only if u are paying according to ebay's terms and conditions, they'd either charge him off his credit card, or merely dont pay him if he holds an account with Ebay.

I know its odd but I hope you can email me whatever solid proofs that you have on this guy as I am lodging a police report soon.
Victims should get rid of this kind of mentality "what is done is done", scammers like them are criminals and they are no difference compared to robbers or burglars.

omg so many people got cheated by this guy, malaysian police wont help you. At the most the police will visit this man and just collect some money from him.

If you really want to hunt him down its best to create a thread outside lowyat gather your forces and gather all the info you have . Ps getting ur friend to check out his details through his bank id is illegal, if ur friend get caught he will be fired. + less members hunting him is better lesser chance of leakage . The cheater might be seeing this post too , if possible after this message don't trust anyone after this post to help you.

If u want to get him by all means, destroy all ur trails online , offline paper trails. If u report to police then beat him up or kill him police will have evidence that u have intention to kill him. So , don't report police!

If u are planning to hunt him down kill him try to do it in an area where there are alot of murder cases, the police will be too busy with the other cases. Other district police wont bother helping cuz its not their job =)

Well im not so sure honey, but my cousin who ordered some seiko watches all the way from australia from ebay malaysia apparently got his refund after disputing. He got so angry he threw the watches away after he got his refund and the company was like harrassing him to send the watches back to them, he didint, well, there must be something going on in between plus he's an assholes with ways to get what he wants, just suggesting...too bad it didint work for u...
