Please beware for this seller on ebay. The cheated people at ebay posting original Nokia N95 and later money received sent china made nokia to buyer. When buyer receive item, not as descripted on the posting and request to return or change, seller acccuse buyer cheating for changing their original nokia to a fake nokia.

I bid the seller item original Nokia N95 8gb used 2 months old at his ebay posting on 3/01/2008. At first the seller is very corresponsive and reply to every mail. I bank-in money to his RHB account on 04/01/2008 and request him to post the item to me. Later i received the item 3days later. When i open the item, i found that the item i bid orginal nokia has changed to china made n95. I immidiately contact his hp. But the hp never on. I try to sms and message him using ebay. The next day i received his massege. And i told him that this is not the item i bif for and is not original nokia. I ask for a return and sent me back my original item. But this seller, told me under his policy there is no return. I told him that i receive the wrong item and later the seller accused me for cheating him by changing the original nokia and use fake nokia to cheat him. PLEASE IS YOU ARE GOING BUY ANY ITEM FROM HIM PLEASE DON'T HE WILL SEN YOU FAKE NOKIA. I have checked with few of his other buyer and they have similar case like me. Receive china make nokia.

I have already report to ebay but i dunno that is ebay doing. I have open a dispute with this seller and now what he looks like threating me like asking dunno who called himself mohamed sobri write in malay. I want to show all you guys out there. What this malay guy wrtten to me.

He accused me for cheating him and now he is threating me on the mail. He knows i'm a lady and want to scared me off. All his good feedback is a liar and can be created by himself to lure his victim buying items from him. I want to post all his bad thing in the internet and let other know about this scam seller selling in ebay. Anyone recommed which forum is a best place other than lowyat.net. i want more poeple to know about this seller kbb2720. KOH CHENG SOON alias Micheal.

I have leave a follow up negetive feedback for him. I hope no more victims from this seller. Last time, he has a ebay store when i buy the item from him and today i check. No longer have ebay store. We will dissapear soon in ebay and i think will created another new name for himself to continue scamming people.

This is my second time conned in ebay. What a bad luck of me. December i have been conned rm1200 and now just a month January another rm1620. I dun trust ebay anymore. Even if i have reported to to police, i dunno whether the police is sdoin something about. I never hear internet conned man been catch.

I like too. But i dun have any friends working around in the bank section. Could not get his details.

Added on January 16, 2008, 8:54 pmThis 100% fake. Cos no 8gb, no 3g, no gps and also have a mirco sd card slot. I never heard n95 8gb have memory slot. This is total fake. Thought i'm a lady dunno nothing and sent me a fake one to trick me.

My fake nokia totally fake. Just like a toy. No Nokia n98 8gb wording on the front of the phone. Very light. Only black color that all. The box show n95 silver and inside the fake n95 8gb is black. With a adapter and a data cable. that's all.

Yeah, I think so. cos i also check other of his buyer victim at the same time. He also told me this is created by him just to treatening me. As i know they are already 5 buyer conned by him including me neither receive a fake nokia or totally none from him. All the same, Accusing buyer fro cheating him or told buyer already posted with fake poslaju consignment note.

ymiskandar, i am so happy you are not cheated by him. i could have save a lots of people if they really search for this person before buying anything from him. Since then this now i never buy anything from ebay or even looking at ebay.com. What a waste of time and troubling ownself. Goods luck to all guys.....if you see my posting and won't be cheated by him.

I never ever buy things from ebay since then. You are right, too many scammers. Have you been cheated buying items form china. If you have, do shore with us so it will also hlep others too.

Did you paid to this buyer? He has open many ebay account to trick buyer. PLEASE BEWARE WHEN YOU DEPOSIT MONEY TO "KOH CHENG SOON". He got a girlfirend and both are conman.
