omg so many people got cheated by this guy, malaysian police wont help you. At the most the police will visit this man and just collect some money from him.

If you really want to hunt him down its best to create a thread outside lowyat gather your forces and gather all the info you have . Ps getting ur friend to check out his details through his bank id is illegal, if ur friend get caught he will be fired. + less members hunting him is better lesser chance of leakage . The cheater might be seeing this post too , if possible after this message don't trust anyone after this post to help you.

If u want to get him by all means, destroy all ur trails online , offline paper trails. If u report to police then beat him up or kill him police will have evidence that u have intention to kill him. So , don't report police!

If u are planning to hunt him down kill him try to do it in an area where there are alot of murder cases, the police will be too busy with the other cases. Other district police wont bother helping cuz its not their job =)

Well im not so sure honey, but my cousin who ordered some seiko watches all the way from australia from ebay malaysia apparently got his refund after disputing. He got so angry he threw the watches away after he got his refund and the company was like harrassing him to send the watches back to them, he didint, well, there must be something going on in between plus he's an assholes with ways to get what he wants, just suggesting...too bad it didint work for u...

ebay only acts as an intermediate ...
the cash transaction only between him and the bank ...

in your cousins case - of course get back lar, pity the company cause dont want bad reputation ...
