Mine was accidental breed. Not that i like it, it sucks btw But who cares. The late father got a heir and heiresses. 1 girl 1 boy. Nice! xD

hi all..it has ben more than 5 month since my last post..huhu..hurm..last sunday...my mirmo(robos) gave birth AGAIN ..this is her 2nd batch..there r 7 little robos..but the first nite..1 die..she berpindah randah and forget another one last pups....huhu..then..the next 2 days..another one died..dunno why..coz i found it under the bedding..without any scratches or something else..maybe lemas kot..so only left 5 little robos..huhu..it make now i have 24 robos oredy penin to take care of them..then the next day pulak..after go home from office..i saw my ww oredy gave birth..now it is 6 little ww...but maybe she was too young to gave birth or this is her 1st time...all died..oredy kene gigit..haiyaaa ..i feel want to cekik that mama ww...huh..this is my 1st time seeing little pups die kene gigit..ngeri ooo...

you should seperate them by sex..
only same sex in a cage/tank..

Guys, to confirm, after 21 days, the baby can be separated rite?

1> 2 week old baby, can i touch them now? or will still parents eat them up later?

2> if i put all males into 1 tank or whatever enclosure, will it end up being a combat zone? they're siblings la.

i think if the baby already have fur, eyes opened, maybe can touch..
but if you afraid mommy will eat the baby, can wait a little bit

if WW, fights also occurred among siblings..
it depends..you can wait and observe their behaviour..

1> it depends how familiar de mother hammy is with u.. when u put ur hand near the nest, does the mum try to bite u or nervous? for me, i even touched my 4 days old baby WW before, n de mum still accepts the baby.. make many precautions, like getting rid of food smell or any other distinctive smell from ur hand, and rub ur hand on the bedding before handling.. actually as long as got fur, can de la..

2> from experience, it's ok up to only 1 month.. when it reaches 2 months old, expect a battle for territory or watever..

ps/ all tis may not be facts but they're my experiences from all the hamsters i have.. n i suppose all WW r the same..
