Dear Y_owez,

U should eat at least 5-6 meals of small portion a day in order to increase your metabolism. Never ever skip breakfast ~!! EVER...

Choosing the right food to eat is equally essential. Can food is definitely not an idea option. Try your best not to eat processed food. Go al-natural and cooked food.

Focus on these : Green tea, Apple, oranges, Oats, Veges, skimmed milk, HL milk.

Stay away from : oily/fried food, processed food(eg. noddles, pasta, burger), FAst food.

10 kgs per month isn't impossible
but it's not the way to do it. Make sure you dont resort to skipping meals. Read yo-yo effect. Loosing 2-4 kgs per month is the healthy way to go.

Good luck ~!

hmmm..
bread (carb) + straw jam (carb) + OJ (carb).
so its generally carb+carb+carb.

seeing that u started 4 days ago. its good progress to see you add breakfast into your programme.
adding eggs with yolk might be better too.
protein - keeps u full longer compared to carbs.
fat from yolk - satisfy some of your fat cravings so you'll have less craving to eat fatty stuff in the day.

you still need to do alot of homework (research) if u want better progress. good luck

Wholemeal bread + Tuna( Tuna in water or Tuna in Olive oil are okay) + hardboiled eggs + cucumber + tomatoes or Lettuce.

A cup of low fat milk is fine
