Saw PTPTN in my latest CCRIS report. It is showing "0" since Oct, the month I went and cleared my outstanding or is that known as "restructuring"? Months before Oct are all empty. There is no indication that shows it is restructuring. Maybe banks may see it.
According to the officer there, my record is considered good now and cleared for any tertunggak. I may be able to get my credit applications e.g. loans, credit cards. Let's see for my first CC application after restructuring PTPTN. |

QUOTE(HenryJay @ Apr 14 2017, 09:45 PM) why cleared your outstanding considered as loan restructure? I didn't clear outstanding. Just cleared tertunggak.btw, from bank perspective, they dont care your current status is all '0', they want all recent 12 months are '0'. recently my cc application always get rejected. until this month, all will be '0' now, LOL 1st anniversary after i cleared my outstanding I will try, all 0 and PTPTN only last 6 months 0, previous months all empty. Let me try with just 6 months. |

QUOTE(HenryJay @ Apr 15 2017, 02:22 PM) oh, then mine also was tertunggak, i make repayment in advance until next year JAN, so i wont forget to pay every month, but since if pay thru FPX got no 53 sen charge and CIMB CR accept it, I might choose to pay monthly now, hmm Mine is 18 months advance. Well, if pay via CC, no service charges. If use online banking, there's 53c charges. |

QUOTE(lcyeap90 @ Apr 15 2017, 11:28 PM) I wish to ask about the payment of PTPTN via CIMB CR CC. Normal credit card payment tab beside FPX tab.Do we have to pay thru FPX? or just normal credit card payment beside the FPX? I have tried using FPX and chosen cimbclick but it kept showing failed. I guess this is due to I do not hold any saving acc in CIMB. |

QUOTE(subrok007 @ Apr 16 2017, 02:30 PM) I think you shouldnt have any problem on your application cc. Oh good to know. If from existing banks then no problem, if new banks to me, I may have issue.I just clear my tunggakkan and opted to ujrah. At the same month, I applied cc then successfully approved. Previously got tunggakkan a lot PS: i didn't checked my ccris too during I applied cc after cleared my tunggakkan. |

QUOTE(wyh @ Apr 18 2017, 01:05 AM) errrr i restructured in Oct 2016, then 000000 all the way but still things getting stuck. Been tracking my financial health but still failing toward some banks. Anyway can share you some details why 'kena' reject after restructuring. Oh, care to share? Or you prefer to PM me?I will try with PBB first since I have most of the banks and cards covered already. We restructured the same time. I only wanted to try now, when did you start applying? If this time still failed, then I will wait till end of the year. |

QUOTE(sheahann @ Apr 19 2017, 02:33 PM) hi fruitie, how to complain to Bank Negara if PTPTN updated the CCRIS wrongly. You will need to check with BNM staff I supposed and walk-in to nearest PTPTN office. I think they can fix it.All this while i dont have any tunggakan and all show '0'. March payment i did using amex on 25th March. Its successfull and updated in penyata PTPTN online. Today i went to bank negara and print my CCRIS, it shows tunggakan '1' on PTPTN for march. i already sense something wrong when PTPTN website show there;s tunggakan for previous month(which is March). but penyata in detail i paid on 25th March.. how to settle this ? i dont wanna CCRIS show 1 when i did nothing wrong. Any helps ? |

QUOTE(yiyi87 @ May 12 2017, 11:29 AM) i signed up for direct debit I asked PTPTN before and it will not affect according to them. I actually checked my CCRIS last month and it's OK, all zerolised.but each month I see there is tunggakan for the ujrah amount, will this affect ccris? as the amount only goes to principal.. not for insurance also These days, not sure if it's just me I can no longer select to pay Ujrah and principal amount. Everything goes to principal only, anybody else? |

QUOTE(lonely_traveller @ May 31 2017, 03:24 PM) Dear all, CIMB CR already no longer gives cash back for government transactions.just FYI. last month im using my cc to settle my PTPTN loan, i tot can get cash back and treat points ( used cimb cc and maybank cc coz split the limit ) but end up nothing. Maybank 2 Cards (AmEx) still gives cash back if you pay on weekends, I'm still receiving it. |
