Can you print out the surat selesai hutang from this website?

Yes, I can. It auto pops-up the "Print" page. I used it to save to PDF and keep as a record. smile.gif

But PDF copy is greyed or blurred out version right?
Only PTPTN letterhead is the clearest.
*
Hmm nope. Mine is very clear.

Just checked, PTPTN is cleared from my CCRIS. rclxm9.gif
This morning checked it was still there, the officer attended to me was right. He said it will be updated on 10th and asked me to check again on 16th but it's already updated now.

Finally, it's officially over for me. Goodbye PTPTN but I am grateful to be provided with this loan to continue my tertiary studies. thumbup.gif

Did you request refund? laugh.gif
*
I doubt they will entertain me. laugh.gif I'm not requesting la.

The amount I settled eventually was RM 2.07 lesser than what I was told from the beginning. After partial fund from EPF was cleared, I asked my officer again for the amount to settle from my side. He gave me a lesser amount and assured me that's correct. After my settlement, he helped me to check and confirmed what I paid was sufficient. He's good. biggrin.gif

Seems everyone here already settled ur ptptn lol. No one still on direct debit?

Since direct debit has no more discount, better pay manually every month and enjoy credit cards cash back. biggrin.gif

For those who have made full settlement recently, do they mail the settlement to you?

1. Snail mail to mailing address OR
2. Soft copy to your email

Or they expect you to login to their portal to save a copy on your own?
*
Nothing sent to me, either physical or soft copy.

Yes, I believe they expect us to save a copy on our own or walk-in to nearest PTPTN office to get from them.

I just contacted the officer this morning and he sent me the release letter. But still how can my CTOS/CCRIS able to clear of my bad debt record?
*
It will be removed from CCRIS after a while. Mine took around 2 weeks and cleared off my CCRIS, no more trace that I had a PTPTN loan before.
