Just checked, PTPTN is cleared from my CCRIS.
This morning checked it was still there, the officer attended to me was right. He said it will be updated on 10th and asked me to check again on 16th but it's already updated now.

Finally, it's officially over for me. Goodbye PTPTN but I am grateful to be provided with this loan to continue my tertiary studies.

The amount I settled eventually was RM 2.07 lesser than what I was told from the beginning. After partial fund from EPF was cleared, I asked my officer again for the amount to settle from my side. He gave me a lesser amount and assured me that's correct. After my settlement, he helped me to check and confirmed what I paid was sufficient. He's good.

It's 1% interest... Not 15% just because it's 15 years.

It will be removed from CCRIS after a while. Mine took around 2 weeks and cleared off my CCRIS, no more trace that I had a PTPTN loan before.
