I have been eyeing Bjtoto for a while. The dividend yield is good now. But why do you think there will be an upside for the stock?

GST treatment is uncertain now

Investor who bought BJTOTO last year this time has loss 5% in capital as illustrated http://screenshooter.net/100256214/usmljky

If put in FD for 4% p.a., would it better than this DY 7% - 5% capital loss?

Am i missing something?

They paid dividend of 9.5 via share in FYE4/14
Thus, need to look at total value (similar to UT) @ beginning/end instead of just Price

U have to do your own homework. See their Bursa announcements on dividends for past few years. Compile yourself.

0.40 * 1000 shares = RM400

Your buy price is irrelevant.

you need to wait..the company growth slowly atleast 7 year onwards

If you invested prior 2007, you can find some stock already giving 10% return p.a

that time the price is still relatively cheaper and hence the high yield.

you can just calculate the EPS growth easily in any annual reports what.
i think there are some paid 3rd party software that calculates all these for you.
