Thanks David, just downloaded the file.

vin_ann: can I know how you navigate from DA website to get the file?
*
It's in the flash ads banner at the main page.

You have to wait since if I remembered correctly, they're alternating 3 promotional ads.

I guess this should be the direct link to view the PDF document:

*
It's better to inform the banks when you're going to use your card overseas - where're you going and how long will you be there.

My guess is that they will offer your a Gold card since it's harder to get Gold card from foreign banks generally speaking.

With the great deal from CIMB Direct Access, the CIMB Petronas Mastercard is less shinning; at least to me. Well, the good side is that CIMB Petronas Mastercard has a lower income requirement since it starts from silver card.

How to Use / enable auto debit function ( pay bill like electiric, phone ) using maybank cc ? Need to fill in form ?
*
Yes, you need to fill the form.

If you want to cancel the auto debit, you also need to fill forms. I think the process is more messy than enabling auto debit.

sound like need to go their branch to do it. ist it?  rclxub.gif

one more thing, i can see option select between my saving account and credit card account when i made my phone, electric bill payment....

Does it mean that we can directly pay bill debt using credit card account as what we done with saving account (deducted money from our saving account )? hmm.gif
*
Not every bill accepts CC as the payment method in M2U; take TNB bill as a good example.

If I pay the minimum amount for this month
And on the next month, I make the full amount to clear all the outstanding. Is it possible? Do I need to contact the bank?

All this is thanks to sudden big amount I have to pay for income tax  mad.gif
*
You can do that but the amount you'll be paying is your outstanding (previous or current statement) + financial charge (interest imposed).

If you don't use it too frequent then you should look for those cards that are free for life with zero condition. For instance, CIMB Bank Mastercard.
*
Yes, it's a good move. I have two of such cards:

1. MBB Petronas Visa
2. CIMB DA Mastercard.

Try to make another follow-up on the matter. They probably did not process your annual fee waiver - if still no answer just terminate your card. Maybe that'll attract their attention and maybe it'll not.

Just don't get upset and just apply another card before canceling MBB's. I can tell ya that service level fluctuates in a bank - some days they are good and some days they are not. This applies to both local and international banks. Remember the credit card market is competitive these days - you don't have to worry about getting another credit card if you are not happy with your current one.
*
But my experience on reversing the annual fee with HSBC is being taken care fast; I think within one week from the date it was charged.
