I have search around some website and cannot found a page that can list all (at least most) of the courier service that can found in Malaysia. I am doing this poll to let every sellers and buyers know which courier service should they choose when doing far distance trade.

Voters of the poll should take note of :

1) The reliability of the service (Usually all service will arrive within 1 day, i know cause i am in Kota Kinabalu)
2) The cost of the service
3) The kindness of their staff (during the posting procedure, after sales service, etc)
4) Protection to the seller and buyer (what if something goes wrong during the delivering process)
5) Location of their branch and time needed to post the item (how long does it take to queue)

Pls vote with careful consideration and do post up some comment and bad experience with some services.

I tried a few courier services before. Fedex from Korea and from Thailand. Good service except a little hiccup on the Korea shipment. The shipment from thailand took less than 12 hours to arrived.

Pos Laju works most of the time but there was once my registered parcel was left unattended and unsigned at the shared post box in my office building. Anyone could have taken it.

Air-pak has so far been the very good. I have couriered items even to Sabah and Singapore and didn't had any problem.

Skynet is currently my 'unfavourite' courier company. Got an item couriered from Ipoh to Selangor and i tem got lost. Refund has not been received even after numerous report has been made and its already 3 months +..

can i know how is the air-pak charges ?

skynet really alot of problem. my suplier using skynet, the parcel come late.. more than 1 week sometimes.
recently i got using skynet shipping to singapore. i post on thursday, but it arrived on next monday. wtf. the postage is more higher than poslaju, but it late than poslaju.

my suggestion :
Semenanjung Malaysia : using sure-rach (www.sure-reach.com) = below 2kg RM5, addition 1kg RM3
gdexpress = below 4kg RM5.50 (if get quotation from HQ)
Sabah/Sarawak : using sure-reach= 1st kg RM6.50 (some branch), addition 1 kg RM8
1st kg RM15 (some branch), addition 1kg RM15
or Poslaju is cheaper and easier for the "kampung" area.
Oversea : poslaju or DHL (if u want faster with high pay)

Eventhough FedEx is not consider as fast shipping. But their "tracking" service is always updated. This cause me choose FedEx.

and also,
FedEx is a US courier service and they are going internationally. The FedEx center hub for Asia is Subic Bay at The Philippines there.
I have past experience on FedEx which the goods deliver from Spain and Hong Kong.

However, I not so sure about Poslaju. Sometimes Poslaju is very fast but sometimes need wait 3 days. Even sometimes never see they update tracking number. Currently I have purchase one item from lelong which I bought 3 days ago. The seller update the tracking at 2 days ago but the delivery date is last night 12am. Currently I still havent receive it and so worry about the item may get lost because they no update the tracking number.

Another one is also for Poslaju, yesterday I have just received a Poslaju from Alor Setar, Kedah which I bought 2 days ago also. I am so surprise that is I am staying in Miri, Sarawak here. The wrapping paper of the parcel seems like tears by the postmen. But it still can arrive fast and safety.

UPS is also near GDEX and a few other places. It's down the PJ police station, 12 o'clock at the round about all the way down till you see a sighboard saying UPS/GDEX, etc on the right.

Hi guys, just to share my experience, i'm based in sabah, been working here for 2 years now and i had one really bad experience with pos laju, nearly cost me my job and work permit here, i was expecting an important parcel containing my important documents for all my applications here so my mother had to send them to me using pos laju from penang, however she did it in the morning and the clerk told her 'besok boleh sampai.' My foot! she sent it on a monday, i received on thursday somemore supposedly hand delivered but i found my bloody documents shoved into my ofice mail box which could have been easily dug open! I lodge a complaint but until now no reply or reason given. So after that incident i've always been using skynet and so far so good no lost or late items. smile.gif

from experience, locally poslaju would be the best / cheapest option.
having so many offices makes it easily available thruout malaysia.
so far no problems.

dhl / ups / fedex are international couriers that work better shipping overseas. they charge more obviously but is secure + safe + faster.

poslaju does offer overseas postage, but it's quite expensive almost 200 i believe when i tried to send a jersey back to the UK.
better use UPS like that sweat.gif

Actually.. Poslaju would be the worst. I see alot of ppl rating poslaju as the best but in fact their service so terrible bad. We used to send out alot of our items by poslaju since its the cheapest courier service which is below 1kg parcel. We had several times item lost, Late sent over a week instead of JAMIN SAMPAI ESOK. When item lost they will tell you that item already send out or even will check check check for u. Then no response.

Their tracking code is for nothing. Their tracking website are poor and even sometimes item received website still no status.

When the deliver the parcel, They will just hon and if nobody else response in 2-3mins they will leave you a piece of undelivered memo for you to collect at the POSLAJU Branch. Note that is not collect from nearest Pos Office. You hv second chance to ask them resend it within 7days. However to contact their nearest branch/customer service is a big problem. Always no ppl pick. Donno is they so busy or lazy pick.

We use Skynet/DHL/UPS the most, As their service so good. Fast and Safe. They even will call to receiver handphone when they reach your destination if no one come out to pick it up.

For domestic i rate Skynet/GDEX , International would be DHL / UPS / FEDEX

CITYLINK SUCKSSSS BIG TIME!!!! mad.gif DON'T EVER USE THEIR COURIER SERVICE. IT'S NOT A COURIER COMPANY, IT'S A SNAIL MAIL COMPANY. THEY SHOULD CALL THEMSELVES SH*TYLINK INSTEAD.

SO DAMN FREAKING ANGRY WITH THEM!! MY PARCEL WAS POSTED ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON FROM SG. PETANI & IT HAS BEEN SITTING IN THEIR MAIN OFFICE IN SHAH ALAM SINCE FRIDAY. I CALLED UP WANTING TO TALK TO THE MANAGER, BUT HE'S TOO SCARED TO SPEAK TO ME. NO GUTS AT ALL!! HOW CAN HE BE GIVEN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF RUNNING A COMPANY IF HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE THE CURTESY OR THE GUT TO TALK TO HIS CUSTOMERS???? vmad.gif

I've been using Poslaju and Skynet for the past 5years for 30-50 parcels every months.

Poslaju
* Delivery every place in Malaysia, best for kampung/P O Box address
* Cheap rate, fast delivery
x Always run out of flyers/plastic
x Very strict on the packing - wrap, tie, no loose item inside
x Single parcel for single address
x Have to que in counter (this is my main concern, waste a lot of time)
x Always crowded with no parking space
x Expensive for heavier parcel >3kg
x VERY Slow process time except Poslaju counter
x Online tracking fail 80% of the time

Skynet
* Good counter service - no que, help to pack, just sit down and wait
* Flyers available most of the time
* Packing in any form as you like, as long you feel safe
* Multiple parcel single address
* Cheaper if >3kg comparing Poslaju
* Even cheaper if you get offer rate from the branch manager (my rate: 1st KG RM4.50, add KG RM1)
* Good online tracking status

I used Poslaju for the first 2-3years just because of its rate.
Later on I found a Skynet branch offering superb rate for internet trader, no more Poslaju for me.

However both have good record over the 5years, no missing parcel, only happen once the Poslaju counter aunty act very slow and blur and accidenly exchange the address of my 2 parcels, which I've write clearly the correct address on the box itself, end up 2customers received wrong parcel and I have to ask them to post to each other.

rate is cheaper for 3-5kg

skynet < gdex < poslaju.

can send after work. no need to go out during office hour/lunch. tomorrow still arrive.

AIRPAK SUCKS BIG TIME!!!

Seriously, I bought something online and seller use airpak to send to me on last Thursday. Today is Thursday and I still haven't got it. 1week dy! Even snail mail also reach dy lor!

Calling them is useless too because they say they'll call back but they never will.

Until yesterday evening, they finally called me and say will deliver to me today before 3pm. It's 4pm now. No sign of them yet. Grr!!!

The worst excuse they gave me yesterday is that they tried calling me many times but can't get through and couldn't find my place! Can't get thru my foot lah! Everyone can call in but them and other courier services can find my house but they can't.

Am still very mad!

I use airpak to send to buyer . Cannot find address la.. send to wrong branch la...

CAlling them to report , they always say will call back..BUT NEVER will they call back...have to call them to find out where is my parcel and worst of all..they don know where is the parcel !!!!!

They give excuse that they cant call customer coz the number wrong la...cannot get through la.....this la that la....

Sometimes I have to call them multiple times in order for them to come and collect the parcel !!!!

They are really not a courier service that you will want to sign up... I am looking for alternative...
For those are thinking about Airpak....think twice.....they are worth what they quoted you..cheap and USELESS !!!!

I'm here to voice out my comment.

All of my item that sold to buyers using Pos Laju.
Pos laju is reliable, fast as well. but sometimes will delay for 1 day.
But I once sent some plastic cups to buyer, and the buyer told me 1 of the plastic cup was broken. and i was like shocking.gif maybe some of their workers are careless. but that is the only rare case i met.

and i still uses pos laju for the convenience.

and their staffs are friendly too smile.gif

Hey guys, I need help here. I need to post a small parcel to England, UK. The parcel is kinda small and will be around 1kg or 2kg(max). I've never had any experience with courier services so I need help here! I hope any recommendation of affordable/cheaper courier services as I know that DHL, Fedex or similar ones are costly. Thanks!

U can try poslaju. 1kg is around Rm140

u can track your parcel all the way until the receiver received the parcel. the receiver should receive within 3 to 4 days.

Hi

If your parcel is less than 1.5kg, you can use FedEx Pak (plastic bag). Cost is around RM230+
if you have anything more than 3kg & less than 10kg, can try FedEx 10KG Box (promotional box) at a flat rate of RM380+

City-Link is the worst courier service! They have the policy of "i can charge you whatever amount i like" this comes directly from the account manager himself!

using GDex, quite expensive, but no items shall delayed more than 2 days =)

tried once it was 6 pm (2nd day of posting) and the item hasnt reach customer place, made a phone call that they MUST send it to there by today, and then the customer contacted me at 6.30pm saying that he got it already.

the operator was nice, friendly, and really helping =)

use pos express too~ reliable, especially to east malaysia + cheap~!

Hi, my company does mostly international shipments at a very good rates, I can guarantee you it's 30-50% cheaper than if you walk in to FedEx or DHL.

Our company are doing mostly corporate companies, thus adapting corporate rates, but we also do personal shipments, currently for our customer's personal items only, but we're looking to explore this market.

So please do give us a call to check the rates smile.gif

Vote for Fedex DHL Airpak Skynet
Bad experience with pos laju.
Happened to me that parcel just left outside and sometime they will squeeze into the little mailbox.

I did have some good experience with Pos Laju but overall still BAD.

hi !

I'm not sure if I'm at the right section to ask a question, but i might as well give it a shot.

My brother is doing a lil business in Brunei and he asked me on helping him here to find sport rims and ship it back there. So would like to ask if anyone here has try to ship or air freight sports rim to Borneo before? Looking for forwarder, which is preferable or anyone here doing forwarder ? Please guide, THANKS !! =)

when u deliver the cake, it still in "good condition" after reach the place? haha.
RM65 can go buy secret recepy cake liao lor..
can i know how is the air-pak charges ?

skynet really alot of problem. my suplier using skynet, the parcel come late.. more than 1 week sometimes.
recently i got using skynet shipping to singapore. i post on thursday, but it arrived on next monday. wtf. the postage is more higher than poslaju, but it late than poslaju.

my suggestion :
Semenanjung Malaysia : using sure-rach (www.sure-reach.com) = below 2kg RM5, addition 1kg RM3
gdexpress = below 4kg RM5.50 (if get quotation from HQ)
Sabah/Sarawak : using sure-reach= 1st kg RM6.50 (some branch), addition 1 kg RM8
                                                      1st kg RM15 (some branch), addition 1kg RM15
or Poslaju is cheaper and easier for the "kampung" area.
Oversea :  poslaju or DHL (if u want faster with high pay)
*
1st time hear abt sure-reach this company! reliable n good?
but i seem like enver seen b4 any of their branch @.@
maybe consider nextime =)

Wanted to vote but if I had to choose 1 only. It'll be hard.

Up till now my experience with Poslaju & DHL is great. DHL might be more expensive on one side but it just took around 2-3 days for my stuff to be sent out overseas.

As for Poslaju, I always use them so up till now, nothing much to complain about them as it's cheaper. The only complain would be they might need to speed up their updating style in the site. Too slow sometimes in doing the updates.

AIR PAK REAL SUCKS TO THE MAX mad.gif mad.gif

I m doing online business and my china forwarder has appointed AIR PAK in Malaysia last month. I was used their services for few times and feel their services quite good and price reasonable but today i totally disappointing to their services!! Today i had received news from china forwarder that their boss is "run road" and never paid to AIR PAK EXPRESS, and also informed by AIR PAK my parcel is "stuck" in the kastam cause china boss never pay for the couriers fees. My parcel courier fees suppose RM140 only but AIR PAK charges me RM329!!!! WHAT THE HELL? This is not doing fair to us!! we are victims also, i tried to ask them reduce the price as RM28/KG is kinda crazy and their claimed that they have no earn at all this is the kastam clearance charges. OK FINE, i immediately paid them online and fax over the payment slip to them. They asked me to go collect the parcel after 1 and half hours they will ask ppl go kastam to "collect" the parcel. So, after 1 1/2 hours i went to air pak and collect my parcel. They couldn't find the payment slip and told me the parcel is still in the kastam!!!!!! then why ask me come!!!??? mad.gif mad.gif i tried to ask my wife fax to payment slip to them again or email to them. But awhile more, they found the payment slip and told me the parcel at warehouse and ask me go collect!!!!! WHAT THE f***!!!!!!! i never so angry courier services before but they really not trustworthy at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!! mad.gif mad.gif

B4 that i am using GDex smile.gif
Thought it is quite reliable and price are reasonable coz the price list i get is RM3.50 for 1st 500g and RM1 for subsequent 100g !
Until the day i received the bill, get shocked! doh.gif
for 0.1KG items, some they charge me RM4.61, some RM7.90
OMG, call to GDex to ask them, Their service are so terrible and rude!
They told me : "even a shirt's button, they counted it as a parcel"
What? A pcs of paper is document, a shirt's button is a parcel?
So, they refuse to refund me the money.. vmad.gif
And also the price list listed that RM6 for 1KG parcel, why mine 0.1KG is RM7.90? mad.gif
Poslaju charge RM5.95 for 1st 500g only, but GDex charge RM7.90 for 100g shakehead.gif
Write in to the HQ of GDex to complain 1 week ago, until today, still didnt get a reply...
This is GDex "Delivery Service You Trust" shakehead.gif

The fella who answered you was BSing. I send cosmetics and skincare through them so many times before d. If you're sending locally, you can send any sort of skincare through any courier/mail services. If it's to overseas, you might not be able to send those with high alcohol content aka flammable items via air shipping.

I Think you can use General Mail (Pos Malaysia) which cost only RM70-RM80+
If you are not in rush, or else go for Poslaju EMS, abt RM120+
Coz FedEx, DHL or other Courier Company is quite Expensive!
Or United Postal Service (UPS), But i dont know the price for it~
Sorry abt it~ smile.gif

Yes, just walk in to Pos Office or Poslaju Centre to tell them you want to post to USA
They will provide a form just like poslaju
depends, not all pos office provide, coz they usually provide for their registered customers~
But some pos office do provide!

We've been using Airpak a lot. Best customer service and support so far. Free boxes (2 sizes) and shipping supplies for account holders. Should there be any issues with a shipment, they will call us first to confirm instead of just returning it to sender and causing a big mess like Pos Laju. They are great for WM shipments only. Pos laju is still cheaper for EM shipments and apparently more reliable as well.

No regrets signing up with Airpak so far thumbup.gif Hope they continue providing excellent service coz once they slack, that will be the end. No matter what, business is business and there is no such thing as loyalty in this industry.

Just sharing my experience...

If possible, avoid Fedex at any cost for any international shipments (import or export)

1. Shitty customer service
2. Stupid policy
3. Long customs delays, and in certain cases very tedious procedure
4. Overcharge of tax/duty
5. Delivery tendered to 3rd party if they don't have branch in your area, in other means, there will be additional delay.

I believe I'm not the only one experiencing this. The same case has been occurring everywhere even in many other countries.

Another case was with UPS. Last time I ordered a camera/video camera tripod and seller shipped by UPS. As we all know, camera stuffs are non-taxable items and they still insisting on charging me of import tax (and I had no choice but to pay).

For local shipments I blacklist Nationwide Express for unnecessary long delay (about 3-5 working days). This occured more than 3 times. Express my ass! I might as well use Pos Laju and pay cheaper rate!

My blacklists:
international shipments - Fedex, UPS
domestic shipments - Nationwide Express

Hi, beauty product is prohibited item enter to msia.
But you can take RISK to try also.
Not 100% will get detained by Custom.
Maybe can try EMS lorr, as i am not too sure which courier companies in thai have link with local courier company, Msia EMS is Poslaju.
*DONT USE FEDEX, DHL or other reputable courier company. They might included taxes but you may see the shiping price, abt 2-3 times compare to other courier company.
If use EMS, if item get detained(touch wood), only pay the taxes.
But somehow, you need to go to custom to pay and collect your item, or call poslaju to become your agent.
just my opinion. rclxms.gif

Yeah, I am not satisfied with Skynet also~
I always need to go and pick up myself although Skynet Branch is just about 1km away from my house..
If not, they will delay for 1 day before sending to me
and also they will not call me or leave any note if i am not home, they just keep it silent until i call them.
lousy service.
Abx is much better, atleast they will call me or leave me a note if i am not at home.
and also i like ABX courier man attitude.
They will greet me with: "Selamat Pagi, Sudah Makan Sarapan?" when they deliver things to me
wow, this is the 1st courier company who greet me. rclxms.gif

My choice too ...

For me Pos Laju provided good services ! (beside the Postman sometime rushing without knocking on the door)
They provided 2nd delivery if you are not at home.
You can ask to them to make 2nd delivery when you can ready at the home.

Another courier services,
C_ _ _ _ k, K. Terengganu once told me taht they dont have enuff vehicle to make delivery. Zzzz...
One of another courier ask me to take th eitem on their office ... aduhh ...

Can try DHL, FedEx, TNT etc..
These are reputable Courier Service Worldwide.
Poslaju uses EMS for international Shipping.
Is the parcel taxable? as UK custom is very strict. shocking.gif
Thank you

damnit, why is it so common that Posmen don't knock on door or give a waittime for customers at their home.

Since you're there, just give out the parcel la.
Happen to me several times, waiting for parcel/letter at home and i check about every hour during office hours.
Suddenly found a YOU WERE NOT AT HOME CARD

@$!#%^#&$%!#@$% What kind of delivery is this, i have to go and pick up myself, If you want to do it this way, might as well leave the parcel in your office and call to inform my parcel arrive la #$^@%$%!CB!~!!!

They didn't even give A horn?
Haha, normally they will give A several horn before they go.
But poslaju postman is quite lazy, they not willing to come down from their van and pass the parcel to me
I always need to open my gate and go out
They just wind down the window and wait for me to go to their van to sign the parcel.
Haha

Is there minimum charge? For example, if I send only 1kg to Bangkok, you will charge only RM1.5 x 1kg = RM1.5? It is a door to door service? What is the normal rate?

Luckily i didn't pay for the courier charges.

for me..abx is sucks...1st the tracking id is fake...

09/01/2013 09:10 Shipment out for delivery
08/01/2013 09:20 Shipment out for delivery

out of delivery means that no 1 picking up the parcel, well, i must say that my office operate from 9am -6pm business hour, i can sure that 9.20 or 9.10 we have plenty of staff in the office. it definitely wont happen twice in a row...

at the same day, i make a called to the customer service and i told them i didnt receieve the parcel, they told me ok noted we will send you the parcel before 5pm and ask me to confirm my handphone number. then 5.30pm i still didnt get my parcel and make a call to customer service again ..no 1 picking up the phone...

so i wait til 2nd day, again, tracking showed that out of delivery again..it shocked me ...then i called again why, they told me they will send to me again, ok in the tracking page added "Shipment on tracing", ..so i wait again..then 4.30pm ....i call again..they told me "i have call the driver, the driver said they dont know got send to you or not" ...

i really very frustrated the service they provided...so far i do feel that post laju is the best, i never encountered any problem v them..skynet is good to deliver heavy product...fedex and dhl expensive but also quite reliable...

Yeah, Citylink sometimes can be worst but sometimes can be good.
you have to call the local office to scold them, so they will take it seriously.
i'll always call them and scold them, and make them promise to deliver to me on the following day.

Use DHL instead.
Although it is super expensive.
But I guess it is the most reliable.
Or TaQbin if you heard before, I think it is also reliable, but not sure the price.

Depends on which area lor
Some place Poslaju and Some place Citylink and Some place ABX.
But always say no to Skynet and Kangaroo.
Kangaroo once did not deliver my parcel, thn when i go to their office to collect, they also dont know where they put my things.
End up i need to find together with them, lastly only find it that they put my parcel with those different delivery area's parcel.

If Document, Citylink, Gdex or ABX will be cheaper as these courier service will charge according to parcel or document.
If parcel within 0.5KG, Poslaju will be cheaper as Poslaju charge RM5.95 for first 0.5kg regardless parcel or document.

Yup, the best is use a box.
Or else you may use a Poslaju Flyer but less secure and most poslaju branch won't provide it unless you have an account with them.

most are the same ...its all depend on the person who delivered...if he is good then he'll call the recipient that is what they supposed to do....

Uhm, depends on the weight of box actually.
coz normally poslaju measure the weight but not the volumetric.
Therefore if the box is light, it will not cost you too much.

UHm, i can't guarantee but should be ok.
coz powerbank will not broken easily btw and bubble wrap will absorb the force if poslaju accidently drop it.
bot ofcoz Box will be safer

Yup, have insurance.
But if you want to cut cost on postage, insurance is actually a waste unless you post a phone or valuable item.
Insurance will also cost you some bucks.

I've been using Poslaju and Skynet for the past 5years for 30-50 parcels every months.

Poslaju
* Delivery every place in Malaysia, best for kampung/P O Box address
* Cheap rate, fast delivery
x Always run out of flyers/plastic
x Very strict on the packing - wrap, tie, no loose item inside
x Single parcel for single address
x Have to que in counter (this is my main concern, waste a lot of time)
x Always crowded with no parking space
x Expensive for heavier parcel >3kg
x VERY Slow process time except Poslaju counter
x Online tracking fail 80% of the time

Skynet
* Good counter service - no que, help to pack, just sit down and wait
* Flyers available most of the time
* Packing in any form as you like, as long you feel safe
* Multiple parcel single address
* Cheaper if >3kg comparing Poslaju
* Even cheaper if you get offer rate from the branch manager (my rate: 1st KG RM4.50, add KG RM1)
* Good online tracking status

*
Hi, can i get some advices from you?
I am going to send around 100 pieces of flyers within Semenanjung Malaysia.
How is Poslaju counting for the charge?
Each flyer is around 200g-500g.
Are they counting each RM6 or accumulate all the weight of my flyers, then charge according to their system?
Really appreciate if you could help.
Thanks a lot. =)

I just want to share my experience using citylink express for the first time with u guys here.... my tv has shipped out from penang at 30/12/13 ... to kuching sarawak, and it delivered to me by 3/1/2014 ... so technically they takes 4 days to deliver...one day cut off because it was public holiday for 1/1/2014 .... so overall citylink just fine... i used pos laju last time...takes 3 days .... tips for using citylink is always call their office asking for the item...also i made a note on A4 paper that says " CITYLINK , i'm (name) at home today, i won't be probably hear if u honking me because i'm upstair' so please call me first, my number ; 0123456789 , tq " ... all written in big size letter, i pinned it on the gate near to the mail slot . Guess what, today since i was upstair, they called me to go down pick up the stuff... thats it i got my tv today...

Kangaroo - delayed delivery up to 3 weeks, damaged items, lost items
Skynet - refusal to send items, always ask customers to pickup from office. loss of items
Gdex - refuse to PICKUP items for up to a week, extremely rude customer service

Trying Gdex now...

GDEX delivery part are fine at this moment, if only u send/pickup the item to/at their local office, don't hope for them to pickup the item in time for u, will delaying.

Don't use FedEx.. for sender maybe okay but definitely not okay for receiver.

I think their dispatcher are not equiped with GPS. I have 2 packages from the same sender, delivered at different time. For both delivery, the driver called me for direction. Other courier has no problem finding my house, only FedEx. Once reached my house, they complained non stop that my address is not correct, bla bla bla.. I asked them to complain to pos/dbkl instead of me..

FEDEX sucks big time!. I've purchased 5 packs guitar string on the Feb 1st, 2015 from USA. Transit took 10 days and the delivery only starts on the Feb 10th. It's already a week but there's no update on their tracking page. Contact them by email but got no reply wtf!.

I've purchased 1 unit guitar last time also from USA. But the seller was using EMS service and guess what.. it was super fast. Within 12 days the guitar is already mine.

Think thrice before opt the Aramex as transportation partner.

Aramex is the worst and terrible delivery services.
There were many negative review about this company.
As you may read through the comments and feedback from their Facebook pages.

First, they took a week for the item to reach the receiver hand with the endless call from customer over and over again in order to push them for sending the goods to receiver. It is so inefficient compare to their competitor that it only take 2 days for the item to arrive in the hand of receiver (With same starting point of country and same receiver point of country).

Second, they did exposed the personal detail of receiver at their shipment webpage without the consent of receiver.

While the receiver had request the Aramex to removed (sensitive info) it from their websites, the receiver did encounter the UNPROFESSIONAL, INEFFICIENCY, IRRESPONSIBLE, ARROGANT AND INACTIVE staff's attitude even though the effort for the receiver to send over the email and many called were made to them.

The staffs was keep given empty promised over and over again from what they had promised. They did promised will resolve the issue by the end of the day and at the end, the staff went back home without taking any prompt action or replied to resolve the issue requested. Some more, the staffs also did promised will give a replied to the receiver by the next day at 11am, however, they did not keep the promised too.

With their arrogant and rude attitude of staff that don't mind their reputation of company, their supervisor who named Hirmaa told the receiver that it is okay if this issue going to appear on social network on the way they dealt with their customers and he ever told the receiver if want to report to police just go ahead.

The management of Aramex doesn't take the initiative to improve the way on how they treat their customers even though there were so many negative reviews/feedbacks for their services.

Which is so contradicts and opposed from what was publish on their public websites that :
" At Aramex, we believe that quality people produce consistently excellent service, and CONTINUOUSLY INNOVATE TO MEET CUSTOMER NEEDS, which is a cornerstone of our business."

This company are not keen to improve and answer to what the customer needs even though there were so many negative feedback globally.

it is very cheap.so far no failures after sending multiple times.just the recent ones kept me worried because of no update status.it was their website system error

as for sizes u need to go over and provide them the sizes/weight u wish to send.they should give 2 options whereby to send via poslaju international or poslaju consignment note. poslaju international is way more expensive but they provide so called fast shipment. but based on experience which i tried both, delivery period is about the same ( 1-2 weeks max )

if you do not have quantity or corporate account then pos laju is the cheapest. Forget about TNT and DHL cause it will be 5x more expensive. If you have corporate, then locate agents will be cheaper like nationwide or kangaroo. But poslaju is the most reliable for me.

I think Poslaju, Skynet, Citylink, DHL, Fedex are used more frequently in Malaysia and they can all be tracked on TrackingMore. Tracking link are listed as below:

Skynet tracking: https://www.trackingmore.com/skynet-tracking.html
Citylink tracking:https://www.trackingmore.com/citylinkexpress-tracking.html
