We've been using Airpak a lot. Best customer service and support so far. Free boxes (2 sizes) and shipping supplies for account holders. Should there be any issues with a shipment, they will call us first to confirm instead of just returning it to sender and causing a big mess like Pos Laju. They are great for WM shipments only. Pos laju is still cheaper for EM shipments and apparently more reliable as well.

No regrets signing up with Airpak so far Hope they continue providing excellent service coz once they slack, that will be the end. No matter what, business is business and there is no such thing as loyalty in this industry.
