Hi, i may be opening an online store soon selling craft products and neat jewelries and/or t-shirts.. but I'm doomed!! coz pos laju is equivalent to EMS which is TOTALLY expensive and pos malaysia's website is really useless in giving info on sending parcel to other countries... there's a lot to be answered here As of now, can anyone plz tell me what is equivalent to priority mail and what's the procedure to send an item oversea ? plz!!!!!

Is there minimum charge? For example, if I send only 1kg to Bangkok, you will charge only RM1.5 x 1kg = RM1.5? It is a door to door service? What is the normal rate?

This is the first time using them import something from Hong Kong ship out on last Thursday arrive at Singapore on Friday reach Johor Bahru on Saturday until now still haven't receive the package since i'm living at JB. Luckily i didn't pay for the courier charges.

for me..abx is sucks...1st the tracking id is fake...

09/01/2013 09:10 Shipment out for delivery
08/01/2013 09:20 Shipment out for delivery

out of delivery means that no 1 picking up the parcel, well, i must say that my office operate from 9am -6pm business hour, i can sure that 9.20 or 9.10 we have plenty of staff in the office. it definitely wont happen twice in a row...

at the same day, i make a called to the customer service and i told them i didnt receieve the parcel, they told me ok noted we will send you the parcel before 5pm and ask me to confirm my handphone number. then 5.30pm i still didnt get my parcel and make a call to customer service again ..no 1 picking up the phone...

so i wait til 2nd day, again, tracking showed that out of delivery again..it shocked me ...then i called again why, they told me they will send to me again, ok in the tracking page added "Shipment on tracing", ..so i wait again..then 4.30pm ....i call again..they told me "i have call the driver, the driver said they dont know got send to you or not" ...

i really very frustrated the service they provided...so far i do feel that post laju is the best, i never encountered any problem v them..skynet is good to deliver heavy product...fedex and dhl expensive but also quite reliable...

I don't get why they want to hold it in Shah Alam for so many freaking days.

They called me yesterday 1/3/13 and told me it'll be delivered today 2/3/13.
But I didn't receive no shit today. sad.gif

Yeah, Citylink sometimes can be worst but sometimes can be good.
you have to call the local office to scold them, so they will take it seriously.
i'll always call them and scold them, and make them promise to deliver to me on the following day.

They just called me. They claim that they've been attempting delivery for twice but I wasn't at home for twice....WHAT THE HECK ?
I was at home last Sat for the entire freaking day because they TOLD me they were gonna ship it on that day.
And IF I weren't at home, why didn't they issue notification letter or whatever ?!
Just scolded them kawkaw. Hope it works. mad.gif

Use DHL instead.
Although it is super expensive.
But I guess it is the most reliable.
Or TaQbin if you heard before, I think it is also reliable, but not sure the price.

yeah, sometimes Citylink tracking website will shown premise close early.
Then delay my shipment until the next few days.
Sometimes i call them at 9.00am and urges them to deliver on that day.
