The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

Wanted to vote but if I had to choose 1 only. It'll be hard.

Up till now my experience with Poslaju & DHL is great. DHL might be more expensive on one side but it just took around 2-3 days for my stuff to be sent out overseas.

As for Poslaju, I always use them so up till now, nothing much to complain about them as it's cheaper. The only complain would be they might need to speed up their updating style in the site. Too slow sometimes in doing the updates.

AIR PAK REAL SUCKS TO THE MAX mad.gif mad.gif

I m doing online business and my china forwarder has appointed AIR PAK in Malaysia last month. I was used their services for few times and feel their services quite good and price reasonable but today i totally disappointing to their services!! Today i had received news from china forwarder that their boss is "run road" and never paid to AIR PAK EXPRESS, and also informed by AIR PAK my parcel is "stuck" in the kastam cause china boss never pay for the couriers fees. My parcel courier fees suppose RM140 only but AIR PAK charges me RM329!!!! WHAT THE HELL? This is not doing fair to us!! we are victims also, i tried to ask them reduce the price as RM28/KG is kinda crazy and their claimed that they have no earn at all this is the kastam clearance charges. OK FINE, i immediately paid them online and fax over the payment slip to them. They asked me to go collect the parcel after 1 and half hours they will ask ppl go kastam to "collect" the parcel. So, after 1 1/2 hours i went to air pak and collect my parcel. They couldn't find the payment slip and told me the parcel is still in the kastam!!!!!! then why ask me come!!!??? mad.gif mad.gif i tried to ask my wife fax to payment slip to them again or email to them. But awhile more, they found the payment slip and told me the parcel at warehouse and ask me go collect!!!!! WHAT THE f***!!!!!!! i never so angry courier services before but they really not trustworthy at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!! mad.gif mad.gif

B4 that i am using GDex smile.gif
Thought it is quite reliable and price are reasonable coz the price list i get is RM3.50 for 1st 500g and RM1 for subsequent 100g !
Until the day i received the bill, get shocked! doh.gif
for 0.1KG items, some they charge me RM4.61, some RM7.90
OMG, call to GDex to ask them, Their service are so terrible and rude!
They told me : "even a shirt's button, they counted it as a parcel"
What? A pcs of paper is document, a shirt's button is a parcel?
So, they refuse to refund me the money.. vmad.gif
And also the price list listed that RM6 for 1KG parcel, why mine 0.1KG is RM7.90? mad.gif
Poslaju charge RM5.95 for 1st 500g only, but GDex charge RM7.90 for 100g shakehead.gif
Write in to the HQ of GDex to complain 1 week ago, until today, still didnt get a reply...
This is GDex "Delivery Service You Trust" shakehead.gif

The fella who answered you was BSing. I send cosmetics and skincare through them so many times before d. If you're sending locally, you can send any sort of skincare through any courier/mail services. If it's to overseas, you might not be able to send those with high alcohol content aka flammable items via air shipping.

I Think you can use General Mail (Pos Malaysia) which cost only RM70-RM80+
If you are not in rush, or else go for Poslaju EMS, abt RM120+
Coz FedEx, DHL or other Courier Company is quite Expensive!
Or United Postal Service (UPS), But i dont know the price for it~
Sorry abt it~ smile.gif
