many bad experience with Skynet
1 - Skynet delivered the wrong address, so my item got to the wrong place, inside got PS Vita + games, lost my games , parcel unsealed.

2- Skynet delivered the wrong item to my house, inside actually something costly, what I get is sampah, then when I see the recipient name, not my name. WTF. Maybe I am stupid, no see name.
So I called Skynet, they say they will open door until 7pm wait for me, end up I go till the office is closed, it is 630pm. they FFK me, what to do.

3- Skynet delayed my item for reason = BAD WEATHER. actually that day the sun is too big, the driver scare the lorry melt.

4- Skynet throw the parcel into my customer's house, the driver sign himself, parcel lost. Customer scold me, I scold Skynet, end up my name spoil. (it was 1 year ago I first started my online business, I never know other states skynet also like shyt)

5- Skynet delivered my item with the seal broken, lost 10% things inside. Quantity 100, left 90

6- Skynet stolen my things inside, inside should be HDMI switches + mouse, end up come mouse only. HDMI switches lost. (2 months ago). I complain with the branch staff, the staff 2 months ago promise to give me an feedback in 1 week, after 1 week i see him, he blame KL HQ, after 1 month, he tell me he never promise, he never seen me, I can still recognize his ***** face with stupid monster eyes.

7- Skynet delivered my item with seal broken, lost few units of goods inside. (last week)

8- Skynet lost my parcel. Whole parcel missing, finding for 1 week, no respond till now. (today)

9- Skynet delivered my screen protector with some quantity lost. Seal broken.

10- Skynet honk my house 2 times, I very hapi, go out, he find the parcel for 10 minutes, he tell me cant find my parcel. WTF cant find parcel u honk me for what? he tell me he go find in branch and deliver later. End up 2 days no come, I request office collection.

So now here I tell you how Skynet workers work while I gone to Skynet for Office Collection, waiting for them to find my lost parcel inside their storeroom.

1. The Malay girls in front, playing with the slippers, i throw u, u throw me. Unplug the phone jack. Bcoz the skynet too many problem 24/7 phone ring nonstop, then manager come back, they quickly plug the phone (I saw the manager 1 time only, the other time never seen they plug back the phone)

2. Behind Malay workers eating nasi lemak + snack, shake leg, talk like kopitiam.

3. People called them, they pick up phone and scolded customer: "Kita ada 5 ribu parcels, u tak bagi tracking number u nak saya macam mane cari?! You bagi I Nama I apa pun tak boleh buat!"

4. Customer walk in say wan send thing, the girl sit inside the counter, order the customer, letak sana, timbang, nanti bagi tau berat, isi borang, letak sana.
I was thinking: Even I am customer, I wont order they do so.

5. People called them, they answer phone, (I think the people probably asking "I punye parcel hari ni boleh sampai tak")
The people answer:"Boleh, agak pukul 2 nanti budak deliver kat u punye rumah"
You no ask tracking number how u know who the H is on the call?

Very curious. You have so many complaint, but why you still want to stick to Skynet?

international shipment only skynet can pass kastam fast. i used citilink before, kena tax 99.
BTW, many products, I shipped with ship now, it takes me longer time, 1 month+/-
and the ship uses very noob delivery service to send from Klang port ot my house, the bangkla lorry, the bangkla is ok, but everytime they will request for tips.
so i give them RM5 RM10 sometimes
Now the frequent of using skynet is reducing and reducin everyday, I hope there will be new courier service turn up, they got more competitor, so they can improve their service.

I'd shipped thousand parcel through Pos Laju, only 1 got problem before.
The 1 in Batu Caves, the postman send the parcel to the wrong branches to PJ or what I forgotten. But the next day the people manage to get the item.

Skynet has less problem for import. Am I right?

So, can you use skynet for import only and use poslaju for domestic shipment? Since your experience with poslaju is good so far?

Yup, for import less problem... They transfer from DPEX
Ya, I use pos laju for domestic shipping. So far no problem. But I still not really like their services.
I went China and saw their courier service, it is like WOW.
cheap + fast + tracking number fast
the important thing !!!
THEY WORK UNTIL 12am.
meaning u ship today 11.59pm, the addressee can receive goods on the next day.

So, what make you use Skynet for domestic shipment?

Nope.
If you do international shipment, you must DPEX-Skynet.
There is no way for u to choose DPEX-PosLaju.

Ok. So all the complaint are related to Dpex-Skynet import shipment.

I think Skynet is still one of the cheapest courier company in Malaysia now. So, there is cost and service trade-off.... No such thing as cheap and good.

Domestic skynet also many problems..
I think for company user you can request for lower quotation.
Skynet and GDEX offered me with very low price. But I dont create account on their company also. I just got a pos laju account

How much discount poslaju give for open account? Any deposit or minimum transaction per month?

Pick up services useless because they come too early

Most online sellers one time pickup already more than rm500 shipping fee lor, if you are posting rm6 per week no point register lah

Then, you untunglah. Poslaju loan you so much $$ to spend.

Equally as bad. They lied about the weather, lied about nobody was at home when they came by, effectively delaying the parcel for days before finally shipping it off.
