The coolest thing about skynet was the weight stated on the box receipt was 700g+ but when weighted after receiving, it was 200g. Stuff missing in fully sealed skynet packaging. Amazing eh!

Good news...my package arrived at 11am just now. Penang to Subang in 1day.

well last time i did use skynet few times,no prob,and now i use poslaju,got prob,item delay the 4th day now,hooray

buy something u=with skynet delivery...
27th until today,no updated at all...seller say oredi ship out..zzzzz

I think what it meant is they tried their best to deliver but their office is close, so not delivering lol.


So finally i gave them a call, this is for Skynet Subang Jaya(they open at 9am). Called at 9:15, no one pick up. 9.30+ they picked up. Told them i am coming over to the office to collect item. They are okay with it, ask them if they need my consignment number (just in case they going to take it out for delivery again), they say don't have to.

So i reached there around, 10:21am, asked for my parcel, waited for awhile and finally got it around 10:30am. Safe to say that all my things are there and glad it's over. I'll paste the status update here too and let you guys be the judge.

I have been using Skynet courier since 2009 for both domestic and international shipping. My address is in Cheras, so my account is handled by CRS Skynet office. As far as I remember, I never had any problems with their delivery. Track and trace is available online, so both sender and receiver can check the status all the time. If receivers want the parcel early, they can collect from nearby office. So I have never received any complaint regarding delivery before.

Upon reading all the complaints here, I was called to share something good about Skynet. There was one time, a customer needed her parcel urgently as her wedding was the next day. She called Skynet and was told the parcel was already at the airport. Instead of telling her to wait for the delivery the next day, the staff actually suggested her to meet up at the airport and they both went to track the parcel whereabouts - and finally she got the parcel before midnight! We were very thankful to the Skynet staff and this is one example of their good service.

I believe human factor is what affecting the service. The system is good, and it depends on the staff to do their jobs. Luckily the staffs here in CRS are efficient and helpful, even the staff in HQ credit control is nice and friendly - always call and tell politely if there is an outstanding bill in my account. So overall I am happy with their service.

No idea what's going on, the 2nd time use skynet and the same thg happen.

Last time same comment also, then i have to call up to ask them deliver.

Then today i called whole day, the phone no ppl pick up.

the last time i called their JB took 2 days then got people to pick up the call.
and when i ask about my parcel info, they said they don't know!!

But the thg is these 3 days me full day at home, and they tell me office close? My address is home, i called dpex and they say at Cheras, give me a number, but that number no ppl answer call.

What number did you call? Cheras office is already moved.

Hmm correct, why don't you email the HQ? I did and got reply within 24 hours.

Really terrible customer service from skynet. Got through the line but the operator put it back down.

Email them already, they do reply, but seems like the branch just ignore the email. They promise to call back but now already 5pm, still no any call from them.

I called the Cheras branch today (the same number you given) - I only got through after almost one hour continuous dialling. Maybe you should call before 2pm, because from 2pm-4pm is the time for the clients to call for pick-up; so usually will be busy.
