may i know where is skynet taman mayang? my parcel from singapore got wrongly forward to sepang branch, it should be send to pj.. omg

i called the sepang branch twice to reconfirm it and the lady is soooo rude,
me: kak, boleh saya check parcel punya status tak
lady: haiyo, check lagi
me:gave the tracking no..
lady: ini sudah out for delivery [she is getting frustrated]

then i called the main one, and they say it was wrongly forward and they will ask them to send to tamn mayang branch. and it will likely to be delivered tmr or next monday.

haiz, monday no one at home. so i think to collect it tmr at the branch.

I cannot call the main branch and subang jaya , cannot reach them = = !

Now only can do is sending email .....

seller send the item form monday and suppose recieve in tuesday .....

waiting whole day (tuesday) , no ppl come = = !!!
wednesday also waitng ...... no ppl come again ....

go out thursday they come and delivery in thursday

did the company call u up if they fail to attempt deliverly to you??

im using skynet (batu caves branck) for 3 months edi..
so far..everything was going smooth..
nothing to complaint about..
and yes..they call my customer if they fail to attempt deliver the parcel..
even if they cant reach my cust..they will call me to double cek with my cust

The feedback of skynet service is kinda mixed...i'm wondering should i give skynet a try since i'm gonna send out stuff with large dimension but light in weight. The negative feedback really got me thinking twice...

Not only Skynet courier forge signature, I have experience with Poslaju they just forge my signature and then leave my parcel in my letter box
if it can fit in the letter box. Typical Malaysian working attitude.

stupid Skynet courier service. yesterday they send to my house,im not at home. then after my dad back home, he called them they said okok today can send again, then just now another staff call me again and said today cannot send oh and like duno anything and keep asking yesterday my dad talk with which staff. damm! tak ada communication one ar. =.=

wanna ask if they fail to deliver to me coz i m not at home..
then how can i collect my parcel?
i can't understand wat the error code means..
and is the skynet has 2 branches at klang?
1 in meru n 1 in bukit tinggi?

Normally they will leave a note for u to go to collect. in that note will have address .. or u can call them to re-attempt.

If they didn't leave any notes, they will probably try to re-attempt on the next day.

boleh... u ada tracking number kan? Just use the tracking number to take the parcel but u try telepon their office 1st

I just receive a parcel delivered by skynet. fyi the parcel was from china and initially handled by dpex and it become skynet when it reaches malaysia. Overall i think skynet service is good in my area. The delivery man came in motorcycle and was quite polite.

To note, DPEX and Skynet is one of the same. Shared by the same courier network group.


By the way, just had a good enough experience with Skynet services earlier today. Initially was going to receive two parcels originating from totally different locations expected on same day. One arrived earlier while the other arrived bit later and was held back in the local delivery depot when I checked their tracking site.

Proceed to give the local branch a call to inquire and the operator told me they are currently short on manpower due to raya season so the late parcel was held back then the operator immediately offered me to try to get someone to push the delivery but cannot guarantee, said alright then.

In the end they made two deliveries to my place, they even send a deliveryboy with a small bag to my place just to deliver my second parcel. Overall I would rate Skynet services wayyy better than Poslaju (took over 1 week when item was posted tuesday a week before) sometime they even just throw your package to the ground in front of your house without asking for signiture when they thought nobody is at home.
