Waited until 4pm, started to call the shah alam branch since this is the only shah alam number in their webpage, gave me another number said (SMD) means sri muda branch, call and call and call, keep engaging finally get thru but nobody pick up the call, call shah alam branch again, gave me another number to call, still engaged, fed up, call their customer service at 4:45pm, said will ask the branch people to call me, wait for 15 minutes (5pm), nobody call, call them again, again said will ask the branch people to call, wait for another 15 minutes (5.15pm), still nobody call, called the third time, still the same, the branch people will call me. Finally, at 5.37pm, some malay girl called me, asked her where is my parcel, she said they will deliver it right now, i asked why, since it said out for delivery at 11.31am, then give me excuse lorry broken. wtf. scolded her why didn't call, she just keep changing subject, ask me when i leave my office. i asked them when can arrive, she said she'll call me back, but now 5.54pm, no sign of my parcel nor any phone call from them.
this is the 3rd time i encounter problem with skynet, maybe is this sri muda branch problem, i don't know, is not that i wanted to use them, it's i bought my stuff from all this seller, they like to use them, if can, please DON'T USE SKYNET.
other courier company like poslaju, nationwide, etc, they always delivered my stuff in the morning, only SKYNET cannot, last parcel i received from them is also in the evening, also after few complaints, i think if i don't complaint, i probably will received it the next day.
this courier company sucks big time.
