My parcel sent from China to Penang.
It was DPEX at start but it change to Skynet when it reaches Malaysia.
Notice the shipment problem 1. I was at home with 2 other family members the whole freaking day!
They either lie on the tracking, or the delivery man is so lazy and go have his own sweet time during working hour.
07 March Out for delivery again, but nothing reaches me. I called the centre, they gimme the delivery man phone number (as usual, push responsibility).
Guess what the eff the delivery man tell me.
Me: Where is my parcel? When will I get it?
Skynet: I din take from office la, many parcels u know, i cant take so many boxes at once.
Me: How about tomorrow morning?
Skynet: Aiya I oso dono la, see many things or not, i canot promise you also.
I say f*** It Skynet. 8 hours of working hour per day you can't deliver a single parcel? Somemore already two days 8x2 = 16 hour
You really got so many parcels to deliver? Nah you just damn lazy and having a sweet time, masa kopi for sure.
I've been to their office personally once, guess what?
1pm - We are closed for lunch until 2pm.
I went back at 2.30pm, inside got about 10 workers, WTF 10 workers all break time together.
When I was inside the phone keep ringing like nobody business, but they nvr pick up 1.
Wonder why this kind of company can survive until now, must be thanks to NEP.
I'm worse than u! It's still haven't settle yet!
On 12 mac, delivered by DPEX from China to Malaysia.
14 mac, the parcel delivered by skynet.
The problem is, this is stated in skynet tracking system but I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING!
I saw the proof of delivery in their tracking system, the signature is not mine nor my parents!
Plus, it stated there before the image was uploaded as "Company chop & sign"!
Tell me, which company could have the same stamp & address?
On 15 mac morning, I'd saw the POD image uploaded with improper signature and "2151806" in the name column.
I called up and asked, but I was asked to call another number for 3 times before I get serve by 1 malay lady. She of course will claimed that the parcel already delivered! I told her I didn't receive & I'd saw the POD image with unidentifiable sign & 7 digits which I have no idea what is that!
They do not have a proper system for delivery record! Lousy service!
She said the driver claimed that he delivered to the right address as stated. She asked me to repeat the address to her, I did and she said is correct. But how come he can send wrongly?
16 mac, the driver came & look for me. He said he delivered to upstairs cuz the handwriting is blur he couldn't see! He can call me and verify right? & there is another printed commercial invoice for custom declaration which they can refer too! I remembered the CS claimed that the driver had delivered to the right address?
There are company name, telephone no., address stated, he can refer to company name although the address is blur! I think he's trying to push away the responsibility!
Then we went up & I know the owner, she then opened her package & showed to me which is none of it are my items. Most importantly, the airway bill no. is totally different!
He asked for 1 day to check my package.
17 mac, he came again and I wasn't in the office that time. My parents met him & he argues that he had delivered to the right address, which is my parents office & 1 lady signed it! F***! Which means my mom doesn't want to admit that she signed it? Oh my god!
How can he be so blur? He don't even know where he deliver to! He didn't get proper details before he left the package! I have no idea how their internal control system is!!! Plus the driver looks kinda old!
There are 2 possibilities: 1. my package is missing/misplacing to wrong address
2. the driver steal it.
This package worth about RM500. I'd wrote to Malay Mail & NCCC hopefully I can get a satisfy answer! I damn pissed off! First time experiencing missing package!
Skynet sux to the max!
I hope they see this cuz this is really 'memalukan' for them!

18 mac, Me & my dad went to their office in Taman Mayang. Look for the supervisor. They couldn't give me a satisfy answer. Asking for more days to investigate! I have had enough! I paid for your service & look what I get now?!
The supervisor told me he wants to check with JPN '2151806'! My dad scolded him & said he will never get to know who's the person is because there's no identification no. with only 7 digits! This is a scam! The driver or the staffs there already taken the packages! I'd showed him last month's Airway Bill with company stamp, signature & date. This is a proof that this recent package is not signed by me! I really fed up! They were trying to investigate since 15 until today 18 but they cannot find a thing! WTF! I suspect they all of them 'pakat' & tell me all kinds of excuses even they know my package is stolen by one of them!
Right after that, Malay Mail called me & they asked me about the case. I told them they're making me frustrating with all kinds of excuses but no answer! So, MM said will make a call to skynet to ask them! Thank you so much!
At 12pm, 1 malay lady called me & she said the driver claimed that he already sent to my place again! Stupid... Why are they keep on repeating the same excuse? No use asking the driver when u know he's the suspect larr... She said she will make a report for lost package & claim for max. RM100 to compensate me! I straight away replied NO WAY! This is not the way u settle thing! She explained that this is d policy bla bla bla... I repeated myself again & I said do u hear me? NO means NO! RM500 & u compensating me RM100? WTF!
I'm exploding soon! SKYNET is SHIT!
2.30pm, Got my package! The driver sent to another street nearby ==
Like this also they need so many days to investigate... OMG!
