I was at home the whole day, but I see no delivery from Skynet, I was wondering what their problem may be. They never even call to ask for direction(I assume if they don't know the way), or leave a note in my mailbox to say that I'm unavailable(I assume when they arrived, I was in the toilet).

sigh have to wait until tomorrow, IF they do deliver or call by tmr, or worst, I may have to pick it up by myself!!!

THIS IS BAD BAD BAD SERVICE FROM SKYNET!

it's p.holiday today, but Skynet's employee deliver to me too, he told me that he works for FREE today, no OT from boss

Disappointed with their service.
Saturday said out for delivery at 9am. 2pm tracking said I not at home whilst I wad waiting whole day at home. Then s addi d will attemp delivery nx day. Today monday called their office. They said 2h e driver out ade. I need wait tmrw. Wtf. They shd hv pick up the one failed to send previously. No card frm them also

Same case here.



called me today during lunch, ask where my house. said want to deliver. yet till night no news. yes its been 4 days already.

The tracking been stated out for delivery since 8.30am this morning, yet until now haven't arrived, and the tracking system just get updated with such statement..

So what should I do now? Had send them feedback via "Contact us" forms though ._.

Damn. Now appear pc029 prob. Called their office today since 8.30. No one answered. I dont want to be like ysterday when I called them at 9.15 they told me delivery man was out, need wait today.

Where is CR1?
Still haven't receive my item, after the states it's being "Out for Delivery"
I live in KL area.

I also having the same problem with Skynet now.. I am very angry now... Their services is terrible especially the person who send the parcel.. I was waiting for the parcel since 10am this morning until now.. I call to the office for twice and they promised me that will send the parcel to me by today. I emphasized that I wont be around tomorrow and they must send it to me but yet no news about it now..I was wandering how was their attitude towards their job.. It's horrible..

If skynet deliver my parcel to wrong address and someone ad sign for the parcel , will it be possible for me to claim back..
I need some answer please...

u need to make an official complaint to Skynet that u didnt receive the item.THey will conduct an investigation.If its confirm wrongly delivered and unable to retreive it,they will compensate u.

do remember to check the item inside the package if they parcel was wrongly send.to prevent any partial lost

Lol my package is out with dispatch since 10am.. until now still haven't arrive.. guess I have to wait till Monday

skynet is very popular with: Delivery has been attempted, the consignee was not present / company closed. Delivery will be re-attempted

my mom and dad always at home, how come the consignee was not present? dont bother to call me. i have to call them to ask for my parcel, then baru terhegeh2 mau hantar.

I was at home for whole day but they said i was not at home ... zz.. so i emailed to scold them..I received my parcel the next day
