Well, I was then very unlucky today. I call them in the morning after learning that the parcel already in penang hoping to collect it my self, but no one answer to my call, then it show 'out for delivery' at 11:31am. However, I not seeing any of this Sky guy till 5pm+, I started to make several phone call, no answer. until 6pm+ only I found this threat and realized it never gonna make it today. sigh~

My house is just 20 minutes drive from SkyNet office in penang. Not understand why these sky-man not even make a simply phone call if they cannot make it as promised, at least i can collect it myself.

So, end of story. got to wait for it tomorrow. Its a gift for my gf, and i feel lucky, at least, to place my order few days earlier than her birthday.

For my experience, I think Pos Laju is much better than these Courier service.
