Skynet SUCKS!!!!
My parcel was sent from Penang on Tuesday, 30th Nov and this morning they called me saying they going to deliver to me tomorrow which is Tuesday, 7th Dec. Ngam ngam 1 week. Why ppl want to use their service? Better use Pos Malaysia la. lagi murah lagi cepat.


Lie#1
asked me to collect fr their puchong office on sat morning, said only open half day. so, i wen there and they told me my parcel in Subang Office. told me they wen to my house few times and no one there.

this doesn't make sense to me. my house in puchong and the parcel still in subang. how could u delivered few times undelivered and yet the parcel still in subang? dun even put any call card or proove that they come to my house b4.

the most important thing is i'm 101% sure there are ppls @ home all the time.



Lie#2
then they blamed on the incomplete phone number causing item undelivered. Why they need phone number to deliver a parcel? to send by SMS/MMS ke? so i've given them my number on sat morning. then said gonna to deliver to me on tat afternoon after 1pm...


Lie#3
waited the whole afternoon oso no sign of them and no one called me saying they can't make it oso. make me waited the whole afternoon.

After seeing all these complaints and my personal experience today, I'm never gonna use Skynet again. Bloody hell, twice the price of POS laju and service still like shit. POS Laju not that good, but still better than stupid Skynet.

after 1weeks i didnt received my parcel yet!!!

i called them this morning and they said 'LORRY ROSAK'

WTF??????

maybe u go to their office to take? if don't know where then can't help but to wait.. but scold them more.. so they can be faster abit

i scolded them many times still nvr deliver.... broke their promises on the delivery time....

scold them oso no use one la.... i think they oredi get used to all these... scold oso like no rasa oredi....

my parcel entering day# 9... . still undeliver.... oredi fedup in calling them....

true.. they already get used to it... terrible la.. so many days still no deliver... too long later they send back to sender liao

guys, do u all know how long it takes the parcel from Johor bahru to arrive at kampar, perak?? juz want to know...1st time using skynet...

normally 1 to 2 days... abnormally is 4 to above

keep up the good work.... hope to receive another call tomorrow and tell me there are more tomorrows for me

Guys, what it mean by "Arrived HUB" in the skynet tracking??

the worst service I have ever meet.
the postman post everything except mine, tat is what the customer service of skynet taman molek told me, make me sitting at home for whole day and waste my time since they told me they will deliver to me today.
Then I call up to their centre and they cant sure when is the 2nd delivery for me and ask me to go and collect myself for the parcel!!!

So I ask can I collect the parcel today, they told me the postman took the item go back his home and the item is in his lorry/van or watever!!!

And I wanna make a complaint to the main centre in KL branch, but there is no one can pick up the phone, wordless service... will not use their service anymore!!

TS, pls quote my word in ur first thread so everyone get warned.

finally received my parcel yest, after 9 days of struggling with skynet ppl....

can't really find any words to describe their service.... THEY REALLY SUCKS!!!!

but probably my receiver yes

but i find that there was delay when i tried to post from KL-Terengganu.
the status turn > "receiver ask for local pickup"
dunno its true or not.

just used skynet service..

took only 2 days to deliver to kota bharu from selangor..

really fast...
