If you guys google for "Skynet Courier Service problem", you'll find many forums has been discussing the similar issue.

Why still use Skynet? Get Poslaju to do your delivery. Or get a reliable forwarding services.

I thought "Skynet" is a computer system or machine in The Terminator? Maybe they're all robots? This is why they received so many complaints and still no improvements on the services done.

lol complain many times to my town branch office.

they say they will contact me this and that, i bet my package dah missing.

i want demand a refund, how to demand? easy? hard? alot of process?

such a bad company and no proper management

today go skynet again

the staff that have been see-ing me the last few days and receving my call straight away say she already call HQ, cant find package, and sudah apply for refund.

tell me they apply rm300++, and will refund me my item next week.

i told them my package cost rm70 plus my rm8.80 postage, and she say will call me next week to take my refund.

haiz, skynet, drag my package 2 week, lost it, and give me refund pulak.

thank god it was a package i send to exchange item.

why next week? and why not this very week?

hmm, maybe they just don't want to be responsible for this case

Skynet is sometimes slower than Pos Laju, but luckily, the branch office in my location is nearby so I can always drop by to collect my items if they can't deliver.

As for the TS, sorry that you've had such an awful experience with them. I'd surely be pissed too!

yeah, now i faham why they say next week. today receive a call again, they say found my package, the note tat write our address/details/name etc etc missing from the package, thats why ccannot find.

i told them to send out the package tomoro, if fail lagi bring it back.

wow , 3 weeks for a package to send out

skynet customer services very poor
i wait for my item for 2 days , and phone them few time and only give me very lame excuse and just close my call.


the driver very lazy also. say im not at home while sending , as im waiting for my parcel for whole day

Worst Delivery courier i encountered in this country

#1 Poslaju ( The malay workers are very lazy and they do not bother deliverying anything during thursday - saturday )

#2 SKY NET ( WORST courier ever )

My friend and i ordered some clothes from taiwan that includes our underwear

The perverted courier opened up and stole one of our underwear.

We were angry and found out that one of the underwear was beside of the driver seat and was torn apart.

So far never encounter any problem with poslaju and skynet. Maybe it's only affected to certain branch employees. Poslaju always delivered in one day time and skynet 2 days. Hope these wouldn't happen often
