.i expected the parcel will arrive on saturday since the seller post on friday...the seller main courier is skynet that's why i trust that parcel will arrive on time...never thought this will happen..

all courier service work half day on saturday one mah.
if too many parcels, they will deliver on monday.

means the parcels in their van/lorry and schedule for delivery in the morning. too many parcels not yet delivered to clients places, and afternoon already of coz they will send back to station lor
it is computer schedule systems. if they put out for delivery means the drivers already take out the parcels.

finally my parcel has been marked as out for delivery... - but since 8.30am this morning till now belum delivered yet. :/

yes i agree with u ..pos laju are more more reliable than this f***ing courier...

i wait for 3 days for the whole days..lastly i need to go n collect the parcel by myself..bodoh punya company...

i'm so pissed. Waited for my parcel to come but it never came so i gave up waiting and went out. However at 6.30pm, their lazy despatch boy called and asked me to take my parcel at the lg floor. wtf. and that guy is so damn rude man. even dare to get angry at me now i have to call them to deliver again next week. i will never use their service again. EVER.

my parcel from 29th till today haven arrive, didnt call me nothing.

from penang. i'll give them till today. my customer return smthing ask for exchange. bottom line is, this is bad for online businesses.

i gt same problm last month, bought drybox and frst time ever deal with skynet. frst day they came at mornin 9am sumthng,and i was at college. They didn even try to phone me up which i thnk thy shld,
then i phone up and talk to thm, they say ok, promise to deliver me by the next day b4 12pm, so i waited whn almost reach 12pm, the staff cal me again, for some reason , they cant make it(it sounds like theyre lazy to deliver to my place, as their office at PJ, and my house at setapak area,and all my plan cancel due to ths thng.., thn i gt pissed off, and wrote complaints letter for thm, thn few hours later, they cal and say ths and tht, to cut the story short, they agree to send to me by night time, and i ask them to cal me to confirm if i at home, thn suddenly the guy cal me up agan at 6pm, and said if he cn come nw, PERSONALLY deliver to me, and ask me to go down frm my condo instead, and pick the item up, i agree ...and whn he reach, still sarcastically asked me, 'SO HOWS OUR SERVICE?I PERSONAALY COME DROP TO U ...U KNW?'...  and ask me to write back feedback fr them.

walau this skynet really testing my patient. i called this number 56239101 they put me on hold and suddenly just hung up.

when call again i can hear her groan when receiving my call.

the operator is yawning while taking my complaint. then she said she cannot talk too much because sakit gigi. what the @#$@$

I am facing same problem also. Sent item from selangor to Ipoh and the item should be arrived at destination on last friday and most lately last saturday. But until today still haven't arrived. Have been called for few times and they told me that they will redelivery again on yesterday but still haven't received. What the heck happen? Really pissed me off. Damn this skynet.
