According to the pm that you sent to me regarding your dual channel problem, u mentioned that u placed your ram in slot 1 and slot 3. In order to run dual channel, you will have to slot them in slot 1 and 2.

now only can run in slot 2 and 4 or 1 and 3

well, my MSI K9A2 is in preparation for phenom new stepping. Once its out my f3 will be in my Hall Of Fame along with my legendary 4.7Ghz prescott xD

Same here im aiming for 9900.
my upgrades plan are
1. Another Saphire 3870
2. Crucial Balistix DDR 1066 2GBx2
3. Finally 9900 F3.

You need CF for 22" display dude.

high end are 8800 ultra sli x3, Nvidia 780i, Those quad core extreme's and lian li or silverstone casing.

AMD is a good for budget users like us. My dad nor me didnt print money or have an oil rig.

for high setting in 1680 x 1050 you basicly need CF to run all the new games at a good fps.
that why im going at least for 2cf card for now and will see how in the future especially when 3870 price drops.

All AMD cores are made in Germany, and the wafers are shipped elswhere to be packaged into the PCB & IHS.

Your case is kind of weird..I had something like that, but bumping up the voltge solved the problem.

- - Sapphire HD2600XT 512Mb DDR3

so how can i OC my system to 2.4Ghz without crashing my OS (XP SP2)? im currently OC my proc to 2.2Ghz (210Mhz X 10.5)..

Im guess its your ram which is the culprit. Change it to 2T command rate and try again.
