can you try CoreTemp for your setting?
As all our DFI Ultra2 M2 mobo tend to get lower temp reading (7C to 9C) in Smart Guardian than CoreTemp....

If your DFI mobo in the same case then yr proc temp >75C liau

f3 with 3 letter stepping should be made in china, if there's one lah.

Fitted my rig with 2 140MM fan, here some picture of my Rig.
Previously using 2 black Coolermaster fan 120MM 1200RPM.
Now with the new 2200RPM 140MM the heat is effectively transfered from the HSF to 3 direction, 2 140MM and 1 120MM.

edited: too bad the direction of HSF is not that perfect.. air blow from down to up
if can find something like thermalright S clip and change the HSF direction, make it the air blow from right to left
i believe the ventilation in casing will be much more better
