current weight 90kg
current height 165cm

i dont really care about my weight but my stomach is very big day by day doh.gif
reason why i dont really care about my weight is because im a teakwondo player and bodyweight does give me advantage..
however, im only looking for ways to reduce my body fat and that lead me to buying lipo6 + start excercise today

what if i change my morning breakfast from nasi lemak to 2 half boiled egg + few pieces of garlic bread?

and what type of excercise is important to rapid loss the fat? im living in a condo so i got a free gym for workout.. threadmill, bicycle, situps? push ups? etc? i plan to go gym and swimming on alternate days..
maybe mon, wed, fri = gym
then tues, thurs, saturday = swimming?

what about the period/time that i need to spent on each workout?

eat only lunch and dinner... no more no less
that's 2 meals per day..

and at night eat fruits to fills ur hunger to sleep tongue.gif

bro..Breakfast is damn important.

I suggest u take something before u exercise

even a glass of milo with a slice of bread(wholemeal)

because your body is already in catabolic state...or basically.. "enjin tak ada petrol"...so how are you gonna do your exercise properly =D

oh wait..you're cutting...crap..sorry. Jog on empty stomache then

It worked for me =D

Jogging on an empty stomach results into catabolism(Muscle loss) when you dont have anything else to fuel your body, your body rely on muscles, I believe after those years of taekwondo you should gained some muscles. Loosing fat is not a 1 month thing, you need commitment.

Eat 5-8 times a day ( medium sized meals + snacks ) . Eat your veggies, cut your calories but dont cut values, and finally good luck !

Hm....but I didnt jog that long..only 2KM...not sure if I killed my muscles but..too late edi...

Anyway...I am committed =D and motivated. I started my "fat loss" thingy since January. >.< just wish me luck ...gonna increase my dumbbells weight..hopefully boleh buat my usual reps and sets

If only i did weights in January instead of August...argh..I dont think I'll be lean by end of December..but oh well... >.<

Nasi lemak contain too much calories , cut it ! .

This is what i always tell my friend who wanna lose fat:-
1. No fried food ( Fried chicks , fried wantan , fench friesetc )
2. No sweet stuff ( Soft drinks , sweet food like donuts , etc )
3. Do not add rice/Upsized meals
4. No Junk Food ( Be it potato chips , creamy biscuit etc )
5. No Fast Food ( McD , Pizza , etc )

-No supper as well.

Jogging probarbly is the best to lose weight and fat ~

Go gym for a reliable fat loss . Use the bicycle/threadmill to cycle/jog for warm up about 5 minutes..
Then go for weight training , use the machine/dumbbell/barbell etc for around 30~40minutes.
Before you leave the gym , stretch your muscles ya..
After your gym session , eat more chicken and beef( in lean form) .

Having a free gym entry = big advantages thumbup.gif

Eat more meals , but in smaller meals ..

Eg:-

9am Breakfast : 4 slice of bread + 1 Glass of milk
11am Pre-lunch : 1 Cup of yogurt / fruits
1pm Lunch : Chicken Rice
4pm Snacks : Some fruits
7pm Dinner : Dinner with small serving of rice ~

For Lipo-6 , telan the whole capsule of course . doh.gif

You wont be fat by eating 6 meals a day brotha, go for 35-45percent fat, 40percent protein and fill in the carbs, thats how your macros should look like, keep the carbs craving during weekends ( also known as carb cycling )


As for the fat burner, I am not trying to ditch someone else`s business here, but do you really need fat burners? 500 years back, there were lean people even without fat burners, rather than you wasting 100-200 ringgit of hard earned cash, its better if you go get some clean food which is what I would do. Once again I repeat, I know alot of you people are selling those FB, I dont mean to intefere in your business.

then seeing she so determined, i couple the effect of the fat burner with excercise.. hope to see drastic result.. sweat.gif
it is recommended to consule 2 pill 1 time but that would last for like 1month? so whenever im doing excercise baru i consume 1 pill.. if not doing excercise, i dont eat at all thumbup.gif

For your breakfast is okay already . I dont know how much calories do garlic bread has but basically it is FAR better than our local food ( Nasi lemak , roti canai , mee goreng , fried rice etc ) .. It is enough .
I do consume 4 slice of wholegrain bread (gardenia de ) and 1 cup of milk for my breakfast only tongue.gif

For the Lipo-6 , dont start by 2 pill at 1 time .
Try at 1 pill first on exercise day ... Then only slowly take 2 pill.. It may cause your stomach not comfortable at the beginning and sometimes you will more easy to sweat , and your mood might be more excited/alert .

If the effect is too strong , stop it for a while ...

hi, 1st of all, thankz for ur help!
however, i dont want to be calori crazy fella ler.. like my aunt who calculate every food calories that she consumed in a day haha
im 20years old btw.. my meal time vary.. sometimes early, sometimes late, sometimes i dont consume XD
