Since CC top up is categorized as mobile bill payment, and CIMB CC states clearly only 0.2% rebate for MCC 4814, does it mean hlb wise card is eligible for 10% if your selected rebate category includes 4814?

Saw some where in hlb wise card forum mcc pdf contain 4814.

1) if u read deep enough, hlb wise's mobile category is limited (hardcoded) to selected telcos.

2) even IF any merchants with MCC 4814 is eligible, you can only reload once for new cards. so, heavily discussing about it is a moot anyway.

unless, of course, one fine day TPaay opens up credit card reload, then the prospect of this card's usefulness would be resurrected

Reload it mid of May and for CIMB CB, you get the rebate for May 1st to May 28th on 29th May. As I have doubt that I will get  CB for the first time reload, I paid Exabytes via online on 20th May and I got the rebate on 29th May.

I am going to use the Ezypay card and cancel it once it reaches Rm 0.

Haha, seems like Airasia realized too many people reload using CC and they closed the hole already. Even if you reveal the cute little CC option, the server will just discard the request and bring you back to the topup page. At least that is what I see today using Chrome.

let you know something good for airasia ezypay card. new one

u can reload this card by using other bank credit card. the transition is tune money under mobile mcc code.

u can swipe the other credit card money to this ezypay card as there is any limit promo.

now I use my scb gold card to reload rm1500 to this card to get rm50 every month. then the money reload to this card can be used to buy my airasia ticket (no processing fee) and my insurance premium as well.

may be got other promo like swipe rm888 to get rm88, u can swipe the money to airasia ezycard first at 12.10am as the new cycle start if the mobile catergory and online category is not excluded for promo.

I have used this method on aeon promo swipe rm2500 to get rm150. I hope I can get rm150 in next  two month. it is better than posonline since no 2 percent charge so far and I heard from cs, rm2 will be charged for every reload.
