Is there a limit on card to card transfer?
*
Card to Card Transfer

You can only transfer funds from your Card to another BigPay Cardholder.
The maximum daily transfer limit is RM2,000. Please refer to the Mobile Application to find out more about this feature.

QUOTE(BigPayJonathan @ Jul 2 2018, 02:26 PM)
Hey guys, Jonathan from BigPay here. I just created my lowyat account last week and I’m finally taking the time to introduce myself. I’ve been reading this thread on & off for a while and I’m definitely impressed by the overall level of engagement.

We actually discovered some issues through some of your messages and we’ve addressed some / are addressing others. We do have to prioritise though, but we really appreciate when issues are being discovered and feedback is given. We do read!

The reason why we’ve decided to be active on this forum is... because we actually want to build something that enhances the way you use and manage your money. This starts with listening to your feedback and incorporating what we can quickly. Your feedback is heard and drives the direction we take BigPay beyond just an e-wallet or bank. We’re far from being perfect and we’re still figuring out some things as we go, but the goal is definitely to get better and we need to have conversations with our users in order to get there.

That being said, I’d like to stay away as much as possible from personal customer support in here if possible  But I’m happy to point you guys in the right direction.

If you have anything you think we should be better at... Please share!

wow, 1st post~

only one thing that need your support, don't simply block us if too frequent withdrawal from ATM~

BigPayJonathan please introduce supplementary card as well rather than multiple apps accounts because very hard to keep trace both accounts at two different devices unless there will be web based in the future for us to login in from PC/Laptop as well.

Hey, thanks for the message! Just a question, so I can understand: why would you, as an individual, need multiple personal BigPay cards?

The reason I'm asking is... if it's legally feasible and we're going to make it happen, we need to understand the fundamental value of it for our users!
*
for example, my wife doesn't have EPF, thus unable to get credit card.
so now i only can reload the Bigpay and let her use mainly for groceries and hold the card.
however, i might need to use it physically but unable to because she is holding it.
i only can use it for online transaction...
so hopefully Bigpay can come out with supp card concept for us to manage our family expenses easily.

If your wife has a smartphone, why doesn't she get a BigPay card for herself? You'd be able to perform the initial top up from your card, and then P2P her money as needed when she gets it?
*
the money is mine, i want to keep track everything in one account, not separate.

You may consider to export the transaction details from your wife device's installed application for record purposes. icon_rolleyes.gif

QUOTE(BigPayJonathan @ Jul 2 2018, 03:45 PM)
That's fair, I understand. The only ad hoc solution I can think of right now would be for your wife to export her transactions and send the file to you. It'd be easy enough to reconcile - but not the most practical. I'll bring this up in our next meeting smile.gif
*
can't la, our total monthly spending is over RM7k, Bigpay got monthly limit RM2k P2P transfer...
unless i use my credit card to reload her account, but this will lead to another issue and later Bigpay freeze her account for using another people credit card...

btw, the export excel function is sucks, i tried many method and the only method that went through is send through wechat then only it will create the excel file...

The limit is actually RM2000 per day, not per month smile.gif With regards to the export, can you DM me with your phone's brand, operating system and more details? Sending the file by email seems to always be working from our test, but there might be something that we missed.
*
oh sorry, forgot is daily, but however i still prefer everything in one account, easy to manage rather than export here and there...
my phone model is Mi Max, original china ROM using MIUI9.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jul 2 2018, 03:59 PM)
Then link her supplementary cards (I'm sure you supp-ed cards to her?) to her BigPay?
*
i seldom supp cash back type credit card to my wife, only pass to her my main card such as MBBVS last time.
i only supp PPL type credit card to her.

the only thing i could think of to consolidate mutiple bigpay accounts into 1 main bigpay account is to consolidate the bigpoints.

reload and spending, yes can be done via p2p. but bigpoints are credited to the bigpay account.

if primary bigpay is the main spender which accumulates bigpoints, the secondary bigpay spending (and earning bigpoint) would be a waste.
or, is there a way to transfer bigpoints p2p via bigpay app too?
*
yes, agreed.
hopefully they come out with supp card concept after the internal meeting~

yes, at least set a limit of RM10k/month since the balance also capped at RM10k.

With regards to card design: unfortunately, the card design won't change anytime real soon. We wanted a colour that's unique on the Malaysian market - and I think it does do the job of catching people's eye. Some people love it, some people would like a different one. That being said: different card designs is something we're looking at in the future!

With regards to failed top up: yeah, we had issues with all top ups with MasterCards yesterday - but it should be fixed by now. We're also adding more top up options at the end of this week - so stay tuned for that.

Wow, sounds like AMEX is on the way~

For shopee, what I did was add the bigpay in My Account > Credit Card first before trying to pay. Maybe those failed can try this.
*
I used shopee apps straight away pay without adding 1st.
No issue.

Here's the new revised benefits:

user posted image

I'm still keeping it as backup. 2% still not bad.
*
Use MBB FCBVS better.

QUOTE(kkhong @ Jul 3 2018, 08:32 PM)
Hi, for those using SCB card to top up BigPay, did you manage to receive SMS to play the SCB Spin and Win contest?
*
Already register online, now wait till the day after statement out then only try. (You need to wait at least 3 days after register online or SMS)
Although the MCC code 6012 is excluded in the TnC but who knows, they might send out accidentally~
Anyway got or not I still need to top up for CB~

One question..... why Android phone cannot screen shot? bangwall.gif
*
their apk has block the permission to screenshot, i think they wanna protect people privacy from other people to see it...
Anyway, you still able to screenshot it by using another phone camera to snap it.
