Question, if top up bigpay using CC, can i apply for easy payment plan?
*
it depends on the bank, if you are using Public Bank, make sure the reload is over RM1500 and maximum only 6 months repayment to get 0% interest.
else you always can call to any bank credit card to request for flexi pay but most of them will have on time fee or management fee.

So I started using BigPay since 27th May, I just did a full calculation of all my topups and minus off all my expenses but turns out my available balance in my account is incorrect.

After doing the calculations, I should have RM433.55 in my account but now its only showing RM343.13 as my remaining balance.

Has anyone experienced this before?
*
please check petrol transaction, initially will be RM200, after few days will be back to actual figure.
And also don't forget about the RM10 referral reward and reverse fee from Paypal etc.

If paying less just keep quiet. only cursed when paying more.

did two transaction same day, 0030 & 1530 google rate show different, when bigpay settled are the same.

You win some, you lose some, depend on luck
*
yeah, different time xe.com got different rate but i faster search xe.com rate after i made the Bigpay transaction and it really give lower than xe.com rate~

erm..i would rather top up with other cc and cash out, so that can help to increase my cc spending especially for the HL furtune (annual extra earning "cash back").  By using BP, this can only help me to earn big point and not much else i think and each withdrawal only limit to 1.5k.

anyway, just my own preference.  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

i think top up boose with Bigpay doesn't has any charges while transfer out to bank only cost 2% or max RM2 processing fee.
So it is still worth to than Bigpay RM6 per withdrawal.

boost each withdrawal costs u RM2 with 1.5k and BP probably can withdraw RM 3k with RM6 costs(my sis told me HL can 5k but only can try next month).

for me it is still acceptable with the additional costs of RM2 but help me to increase my cc spending.
*
but boost withdrawal won't get ban like what bigpay did to few...

Reload Boost using BigPay and withdraw cash via Boost. My question is how many of you have tried and if it is working?

I was told by one of the Boost internal employees, the selfie and I.C. don't easily pass their approval. So, good luck to you guys.
*
i just verify and got notification that approved within 5 minutes~

May i know how the process?

1) Reload BigPay using cc (that has online cash rebate?)
2) Reload Boost using BigPay (everytime max RM1.5k)
3) Withdraw money from Boost ? (faq stated spend/transfer RM1k daily but i manage to key in RM1250...)
*
YES!

i think this way is safer than direct withdrawal from ATM on Bigpay and Boost only charge RM2 as compare to Bigpay RM6~

This is the crazy matter for people swipe money to an app or card and withdraw.

I hope that this discussion for big pay and boost should not be lowyat forum. Continue to discuss about it, end of with reload bigpay and boost with online banking.

Thanz for all forumer stop discuss about this ``money laundering``
*
this is not money laundering, it's cashback frenzy time~

anyway:

money laundering
the concealment of the origins of illegally obtained money, typically by means of transfers involving foreign banks or legitimate businesses.

QUOTE(skty @ Jun 27 2018, 06:21 PM)
so the real difference between those cards:

• OCBC Titatnium (1%) - the 1% no monthly cap (Best for online and oversea spending over RM240k per year)
• HL Essential (0.6%, 1% unlimted)  - the 1% no monthly cap but only have 0.6% for the first RM5000 spending. (Best for all round spending over RM264k per year)
• HL Fortune (1%+bonus=max 2.22% CB) - the 1% got monthly cap RM50 (Best for all round spending between RM24k-RM240k per year)
*
Added bracket for the best CB rate vs yearly spending.

hi bro, how u get the yearly spending for OCBC Titanium and HL Essential as both is unlimited 1% right?

for me, OCBC Titanium is better because the first RM5000 is still 1%.
*
OCBC Titanium is only for online and overseas spending, others only 0.1%
HLB Essential is everything except some in their TnC.
For less than RM240k, HLB Fortune with over 1% upto 2.22% max out at RM108k yearly spending on everything except some in TnC.
As HLB Fortune got limit, if after RM240k yearly spending, the CB still capped at RM2400 per year, so it is not that worth to use HLB Fortune if your yearly spending is more than RM240k but you can count on the FD they provide on the Real Cash as well.

QUOTE(skty @ Jun 28 2018, 09:58 AM)
ya. I mean the "over RM240k per year" vs "over RM264k per year"
*
RM264k is calculate based on 1st RM5000 is 0.6% CB which is only RM30.
RM264k/12 = RM22k, therefore the remaining RM17k got CB RM170.
So means the monthly CB is RM200, yearly RM2400
HLB Fortune will get you RM2400 when you spend up to RM108k per year to get RM50 X 12 + RM1800 (Bonus) = RM2400.
RM2400/RM240k = 1%, after that will be less than 1%. (if you don't count the FD on Real Cash)
So OCBC Titanium and HLB Essential got unlimited 1% will break that limit.

I prefer look at more supp card (separate statement) for PBB VS (6%) & Quantum MC (5%)

and Principal Card for SCB JustOne (3.4%), SCB Gold (3.33%), MBB VS Barcelona (2%). biggrin.gif

All this combine together is easily excess RM10k spending / month already and rebate is minimum 2x.
*
you need to know those card are not for everything and only limited to specific retails except FCBVS.
If you heavily buy furniture etc, u still need HLB Fortune, else FCBVS only gives you max RM700/year.
of cos beside using Fortune, i also got PBBVS, PBBQMC, SCB CB Platinum, MBBVS (now changed to FCBVS), MBB Amex to get more than RM3-4k CB per year.

QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Jun 28 2018, 10:09 AM)
How many people actually spend 240k annually? That's 20k per month...
*
that's why Fortune is better as compare to OCBC and Essential.

QUOTE(paogeh @ Jun 28 2018, 10:21 AM)
I though HL Fortune means EVERYTHING covered .
Including Bigpay ....
*
Yes everything except some like balance transfer etc which excluded in the TnC.
Bigpay can get CB.
What i'm saying from previous post is the max CB per year which is RM2400 for most efficient spending at RM108k.

Since got BigPay now, all credit card I mentioned can just top up to BigPay to get the credit card rebate and pay your expenditure with BigPay. 1 year >3k credit card rebate with 100k spending is quite achievable with this method biggrin.gif
*
it's ok, you just forget about the HLB Fortune if you know how to make the most CB.
