QUOTE(coo|dude @ May 23 2018, 04:09 PM) My last top up took couple of hours to be reflected. Is this a norm to you guys too? Mine was instant. QUOTE(fairylord @ May 23 2018, 05:46 PM) Just used for grab but only can add the bigpay into GrabPay on Grab website, app cannot add bigpay. Also used for easy book. And no big points given to both Grab and Easy book under transportation category. No issue adding bigpay using app.

So looks like for now - cant. I thought fairylord used it for Grab successfully.

QUOTE(bbhing98 @ May 30 2018, 01:00 PM) Hi guys, I'm trying to link the card to my PayPal account and pay someone via USD. Is there any way to bypass the cross border fee by PayPal by utilising the 0% fee from this card? I tried paying $800 directly from the card via PayPal and was charged rm2475, that's 3% cross border fee by PayPal. but USD800 is about RM3200!!

QUOTE(bbhing98 @ May 30 2018, 01:51 PM) $600 USD. Sorry for the confusion. Is there any way I can utilize bigpay card to waive the cross border fee charged by PayPal? If the other party also has BigPay card, you can use the app to transfer money over, without going thru PayPal. PayPal imposed a 2.9% fee for payment outside of US - https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/paypal-feesBased on the limited description you have provided, I assumed you fall in the latter.

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Jun 1 2018, 10:40 AM) well, doesnt matter, as long as it works i guess the bank name is required, probably due to legacy system requirements, or payment gateway's payment page design (e.g. cannot be left empty, so any value is accepted though no validation is performed). Yup! I just made AIA payment via its portal, Issuer Bank i put 'BIGPAY', there was no matching 'bank' name with that, but since it's a open text field, it accepts and transaction was successful.

QUOTE(loong88 @ Jun 4 2018, 10:02 AM) For online payment... If asking the card issued by which bank, which bank should choose? If there is 'OTHERS', choose others. If it is a open text box, just enter 'BIGPAY'.

Which is also why I was asking fruitie because she could add BigPay in China Wallet.

QUOTE(digitalcode @ Jun 7 2018, 10:04 AM) I read through the introduction until this page here and the statement that you get 10% due to BigPay 'literally' is not that literal... in fact BigPay itself does not give any rebate at all, it's the other cashback credit card that provide this when you reload or topup money into the BigPay prepaid card. Also, the 10% is not something we can get every month, or at all unless we have a very specific card..? Is this understanding correct? Correct!

QUOTE(digidigi @ Jun 7 2018, 11:43 PM) Do anyone know if top up via MBB Visa card earn treat point? Unfortunately, most members here are only interested in cash rebate rather than treat points. But I would assume the standard reward point still applies wherever applicable. QUOTE(simonmada @ Jun 8 2018, 10:12 AM) morning folks, anyone tried topup with OCBC World Mastercard and get cashback? All the CB reported cards are stated in post #1 thanks to the TS.
