For those reloaded with FCB VS, just wanna confirm if the transaction date and posting date are always the same? So far I only did first time reload of RM 20 and both dates are the same.

I just noticed I miscalculated and I still have some excess of cash back this month but I don't plan to reload now, I just want to ensure I have no more spending anymore only will reload to BigPay.

In this case, if reload with other cards with above 2%, so your cash back for insurance is higher.
For BigPay, which bank did you choose when you inform your agent?

Yes, I supposed it requires though I have not seen the form before but my agent will request the bank name from me.

I lost my login account, gotta find way to revive the access. Don't mind to try out monthly premium if that works.

I cannot add BigPay card via Grab app or website. :

I'm so afraid my card will be blocked soon.. I got this error via browser page "Error occurred, please try again later."

I know some of you managed to go through after a few attempts. I saw RM 1 authorization amount charged to my BigPay app but still this card is not added.

Any tips to get this card added?

Still not able to add BigPay as GrabPay, I lost count how many times I have tried... sweat.gif

Hope my card will not be blocked or Grab will ban my account. sweat.gif

Ain't trying anymore, so if you guys happen to be able to add now or in the future, please alert here.

Maybe previously can add with ease, it seems not anymore, at least for me it is not.
