Uhh SingStore DLCs are quite pricey.. £0.99 per song

i believe i read somewhere tat states for US Singstar 1 song is USD1.99....slightly cheaper...but question is will we be able to access the same Singstar store later?

I'm using my UK PSN account when connecting to SingStore and couldnt find songs for other countries (Germany/France/Spain/etc). I'll create some PSN accounts for those countries to test whether the DLC servers are tied to the disc or to the PSN account.

@vorchiel - thanks......but if diff server come with diff songs just like PSN store, then its not tat friendly no? i was hoping for worldwide store....

duwan to buy Singstar UK is because of the DLC issues...so that's why I'm waitng for US version.

Added on March 12, 2008, 3:06 amI've created a Germany PSN account and entered SingStore but the songs collection are still same as the UK.. Then I realised that the language is still English.. So I went to Singstar control panel and change the language to German. After that only songs intended for Germany market become available. Then I further changed to other European languages and can access many songs from the store still using my Germany account.. So the bottom line is we can purchase songs intended for other countries by just changing the language setting in the Singstar control panel

@vorchiel - tats very interesting...thanks...but wat happens when US singstar is launched? ur singstar is already set to English rite?

I noticed that the UK SingStore is under SCEE: EULA from SCEE pops up everytime I connect to the SingStore, for all languages (English, German, Spanish, French etc). I dont know how US version will be.. Maybe stuck to US-only or will they have European songs as well? Who knows

I'll try connecting using my USA account later as it is under SCEA

Hideo Kojima Working on New Title



Metal Gear Solid 4 will bring an end to the Solid Snake line of Metal Gear games. But, just in case you've heard rumors to the otherwise, it won't bring an end to series creator Hideo Kojima.

Speaking with Japan's Nikkei BP website, Konami president Fumiaki Tanaka revealed that Kojima is working on the concept for a new game outside of the Metal Gear universe. Pressed further on this mystery title, or possibly titles, Tanaka said that he couldn't reveal anything at this point and that a formal announcement won't be coming this year. Instead, we can probably look forward to hearing something after Kojima has written the new title's scenario, which won't happen until after MGS4 has been released and Metal Gear Online has been given a major push.

In other Metal Gear Solid 4 news, Tanaka revealed to the site that Konami expects sales to be similar to past titles. While the sales focus is on the European and North American markets, the company is aiming for sales of one million in Japan alone. Nikkei pointed out to Tanaka that the PS3 hardware has yet to hit the two million mark in Japan, to which Tanaka noted that many users are waiting for MGS4 to buy a PS3. He also feels that because a number of major PS3 titles from other companies will be released before MGS4, the system's userbase total will rise.

I wanna see Zone of Enders 3 , I thought it was in development?

Not sure whether it's already in development. It's just rumours posted by PSM magazine a year-ago. But, i would love to see another ZOE, especially for PS3.
