QUOTE(kueks @ Dec 15 2007, 10:16 AM) y he wanted to hunt down those deer or sumting?? wat about the scene where the lions appeared and killed the deer or something lastly even with the cure how r they going to cure the dark seekers? he needs to hunt for meat. about the lions, he didn't shoot because there's a family of lions there... everyone is fighting for survival you see... the cure is in the blood of his human specimen. i can't remember the serum name, but that is the reversal antidote to the virus, which the scientists in the living colony will use to cure the dark seekers.

great great movie, up my ass fantasy genres, science-fiction still ownz... Sam died trying to save his master, what a moment, Will Smith protrayal of man on the edge of insanity due to isolation is just superb..., but yes u guys can argue about the weak ending and sfx, but still I think this movie is the best one for the year 2007 (IMHO)...

i'd give this movie a 8/10 if it wasn't for the kinda weak ending..
7.5/10 from me, and this movie reminds me a lot of 28 days later..

Those who liked it caught on and appreciated the tension and atmosphere the director was shooting for. And boy, did Will Smith deliver. A solid movie for the more appreciative crowd. Those looking for a superhero, run n gun zombie/vampire fest will be sorely dissapointed.
Dr Robert Neville. I am Legend.

1. Too much 'ogre' to be gunned down. The best part is they've got themselves a group leader?! WTF 2. Sam did a great job. It's tragic Robert has to kill Sam by his own hands. 3. Heart-poppin scene. F*** it my popcorn was on the floor. 4. The cure's usefulness is a mystery. Dark seekers will never sit down nicely and negotiate with you. They do not understand. They bite. 5. If not a movie, KV is coming soon in town and still HIV don't have any cure. 6. So we learn to practise Bob Marley and Shrek more often. 6/10Will Smith worths everything. THERE IS NO GOD out there. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Will Smith acting was sooo good.. haha esp when he cry look quite real, make me wanna cry too T_T, he have lost everything.. sam his dog... family...friend..everyone he know die, in the end he die but he serve a purpose to find a cure. I dunno about u guys but what i think director approach is by the book, character development with his dog, show empty NY, night time show darkseeker, show how main character how lonely and isolate he was and how the virus spread, in the end give an open ending which the girl hand over the vaccine then end, not really fresh but done safely for audience to watch. I notice that the director try to cheat some camera shot, just like my lecturer say, "If that shot cannot be done, we try to cheat the audience without they notice it." Oh and one more thing about the ending, about the vaccine.. how the heck they try to cure the KV victim..? have to go face to face with a dark seeker unless they build a gun with the vaccine on it just like medic in tfc. Oh yea, the shrek thing, i heard from E-news Will smith love watching Shrek with his son.

I've liked Will Smith ever since the first time I see him goofing around in The Fresh Prince of Bel Air. I'm glad that he turned out good.
Another thing is, don't some of you guys know how to use the spoiler tag? Don't freakin spoil it for others who haven't watch the movie yet.
