Job Desciption : Test equipment owner Years spent in company : 2 months Company : MNC company Industry : Semiconductor Tenure : permanent Experience before joining : 4years salary : RM 4.3k somehow feel im underpaid especially for a senior position.. the workload is hell with constant working till at least 9 to 12 midnite daily. |

can i know what is the expected salary in big 4 (audit firm) in singapore for people who has 3 years experience in audit line, with profesional qualification compare to medium big size firm?

I'm going to enroll into ALAM(akademi laut malaysia)
got sponsorship from AET(american eagle tanker). so, i'll be attach to AET for 10 years, plus additional 5 years after become Chief engineer. wanna ask you guys/gals. i'll be working as marine engineer after this. my education level will be Diploma In Marine Engineering. QUOTE Age when working: 22 (by 2012) Study Field: Marine Engineering Education level: Diploma In Marine Engineering Industries: logistic and shipping. maybe oil & gas since i'll be working on board oil tanker/vessel Job: 5th engineer(marine engineer) Job description: maintain the equipment in the engine room of a ship. live and sail with the ship. Experience: Fresh grad. straight working after diploma. Salary(for starting): RM3.9k-4.2k(basic) + standby allowance(almost same as basic) = rm5500-7000 (no income tax for salary,lodging provided since i'll be living inside the ship, food provided, no need for transportation, bonus max 3month basic salary, healthcard for all family member,life insurance). basic salary will be paid during leave(after sail 6month, got leave 2/3 month). Working time: officially 8 hours per day. 4 hours on, 8 hours off. then on again. 4 to 6 month sailing. Contract: 10 years plus additional 5 years after becoming chief engineer. do you think i'm underpaid? the contract seems too long. if wanna breach contract, have to pay rm70000. Hi LYN brothers,
I had a Japanese company offer last week. The position is Senior Sales Executive. The basic paid is RM3K+ and petrol allowance is RM 1.70 per KM + medical + around 2 months bonus each year and so on. Just wondering the petrol allowances? Why given so much on petrol? Any recommendation? |

what is happening? When company pay rm0.50/km, everyone complain. Now they giving rm1.7/km, you say funny.
I think the company would really expecting you to travel a lot, and they willing to give out such allowance, last time got one company give out petrol card, you can use the card for yourself usage, and they have no limit of you using it as long as not pump on another person car. |
