By the way, I have one problem now. After taking over the unit for about 1 month+, the JMB has yet to update my details into their system and also bank is chasing me for the fire insurance certificate.

I was told that someone has resigned and the work is pending.....

Anyone experiences this ?

I think so...this month is last installment for me....

The painting will start from Car park first.....and will extend to corridor kua (i think so ).

Now will start from block 1,2,3,3A,13,13A.

Yeah, my last installment is also this month. When I go to pay the last payment will ask the clerk of the collection for this painting payment & keep you guys updated.

You needed to summit ur S&P to management, then oni they can change the name in the system and after that will reissue the insurance certificate for u.

You must act fast, otherwise will renew on behalf of u and charge to your loan account.

This is funny, when i took over my unit, the management said the liquidator oredi updated our info with them, so i just provide her a copy of our SPA den gao dim. As for fire insurance, u can get the management to help u on this, let management ppl deal with bank ppl, this is much convenient.

actually, i have submitted the SPA and deed of assignment one month ago. But i dont understand why they take a long time to update.

Yes talk to Lectumi, ask her scan and email to you and then u email to the bank lor.

my case she directly deal with the bank personnel cuz she said she fax d but bank told me din receive, so i get the bank ppl to contact her and my role finished

Will try and call her tomorrow. It is totally unacceptable to take more than a month to update the details. Some more tell me that the manager has resigned and nobody does the job.... What a lousy excuse.
