By the way, im moving out this year,  thinking of selling or renting out my occupied unit, any suggestion?

Bro, confirm is 6.6% start from 11/05/2011 lar.....but no need to die lar jz extra RM50 to ur 200k loan....still eat kacang putih lar....less one day clubbing only....

I experience 11% lending rate b4, tis BLR is very good still

Early last year when i bought my unit, i bring along my Feng Shui Sifu, he said  Feng Shui very good le (dont know what good Qi movement)     that time i believe half lo, now totally agree  (taktau apa feng shui, untung mei good feng shui lo)
