Is this actually a voltage stabilizer?

Most voltage stabilizer are just stabilizer and does not improve or give better performance after installation. This is a supplement to normal stabilizer and it can work together with any voltage stabilizer. And its cheaper then a normal voltage stabilizer .......

You can have both. Or either one depend on your budget.

P/s: About the looks, its a generic case and available at most shop, so i dont see a point you guys are making here about the looks. I will bring the complain to my manufacturer and maybe they can change the case so you guys dont confuse with other brand.

Can this actually save fuel too ?

Yes, most of them reported a minimum of 30km to 60km even on an Alphard 2.4cc (which is quite underpower) , a vios, wira , kenari ,kelisa , myvi, and hyundai cars especially.

The car is easier to start, better pick up and acceleration plus extra mileage. That are some of the most noticeable and comment by most of my customer. Try it to believe, if not satisfied ,we take out on the spot.

Actually most units are sold thru my regular workshop (mechanic) to their regular customer and feedback are very impressive. Few iswara owner are in shock and unbelieve that this solve their "hard starting" problem. And few hyundai cars are getting incredible mileage increase plus better aircond performance even during noon. And lots more with different cars. We even have unit for scooter and motorbike and supplier to motorbike shop in cheras area.

Yea, the 2 wires are connected to the battery of the car/bike. Just like that. Simple.

How does it works?
Simple. Its like Diamond water filter, it have 7 phase filteration inside plus a pulse generator inside which filter and maintain a proper clean voltage across the whole circuit of the car. Current and voltage spike cause alot of interference into the car electronic and causing power loss and bad fuel consumption. Its hard to explain but its sort of like storing the energry and filtering plus plusing the circuit to optimum performance.

I am now currently been busy with another project and most installation is done by my mechanic (and he have no camera) so he can only tell me the cars he fitted and results.

Does it come with LED??

Yes, it comes with LED (blinking type) that indicate the battery low voltage (it will blink red most of the time) and fast and slow blinking (different color like red green blue) when its optimumly running.

It also have an interchangeable fuse (easily done by anyone) incase any short circuit happen to the unit and prevent it from happening to other part of the car circuit.

What car do you drive and what modification have you done?

Thanks to one very late midnight Kembara fella who installed~. 7 years old car and he notice the headlamp is way way brighter (probably due to wiring which oxidise already) and acceleration was very very noticeable and just tap on the accelerator compare to previously u need to step hard on it and there is no more 1 sec lag on the gear respond.

Yes,can feel the effect immediately. (unless its not your car and u dont know how the car respond).

Money back only apply to the initial first installation and test drive of the car. If the owner felt there is no improvement after installation, then it will be removed.

Fuel saving is subjective. Most customer are reporting a minimum of 30km per full tank of saving... It also depend on engine condition, road condition and other factor. But no car reported no fuel saving at all.

my verdict? i was using zaptor before (first gen)... then migrated to this...

firstly i noticed that my headlgihts are much whiter (brighter) as i'm using philips Ralli bulbs. then i notice that my voltmeter shows only 0.2V drop when the aircon is swithed on compared to 0.4V before. at idle my voltage maintained at 13.8~13.9v while before was around 13.6 region

when full accesories on (AC, ICE, Lights) the voltage drop to only 12.8V compared to before 12.4V

performance wise... i'm driving old 120Y with electronic distributor... nothing much difference just that 100kmh on fifth gear going motorola flyover seems lighter on the throttle.

Your car damn cun man. Salute . I almost bought one last time for a project car but end up sold to my friend.

They are...

1. Installed on Avanza , Jln Pudu area.

5. Installed on Myvi , Tmn counnaught area.

The waja is non-member but we went for a test drive with the owner. Very obvious result is the lighter acceleration and ease of revving. Lower rpm speed at higher kmph. Air cond kick in with less dimming of light and lesser vibration. stock audio system become bassy and vocal is very clear now.
For other members, we didnt have the time to test drive together, so hopefully they can post up a review for viewing of others who think its useless to have it in their stock cars. hehe.

another thing to add.. engine feels much lighter above 110kmh.. easier to accelerate.. almost like switching off air cond. this might help save fuel. i'll post my FC by end of this week... just refilled full tank yesterday.

FC is subjective coz once u got power, u will surely drive faster thus used the FC gained for extra power and speed. But I am sure all of them gained extra mileage as i have no complain on the FC gained so far. Coz once ur car is lighter to accelerate, u will back off the gas pedal to achieve a certain speed unlike previously. Like what ocphangaz mention, its lighter at 110kmph and easier to accelerate compare to previously so he is using lesser fuel to get to 110kmph compare to previously. So more or less, its saving fuel for him.

Hey bro, thanks for the update. Appriciate it! The car rpm range become very responsive. Its not only at 110kmph but at lower speed too. Try to maintain back your usual driving speed as speeding will cause more fuel loss and lesser mileage. But sometimes its hard to control the urge as the car is very very light and fun to drive and play with other driver ont the traffic light.. hehehe

After 5 days travelling from Seremban to Putra Jaya, I felt the petrol consumtion is less then before. I really like it. Hope it will last long. Thanks. Yet need free time to fix to my Waja.

Added on January 18, 2008, 3:25 pmYes. Its attached to the car battery. You can unscrew it and install it back to the new battery. Its plug and play.

That one is a alternator ground wire. Its an older model set that I previously sell for a company and its priced at RM200 each but I soon found out that even a small cable will do very well and so I came up with a more affordable package for everyone. I am doing promotion for those who can COD and those who dont have grounding at their alternator. We will install the cable for free. As its difficult (depending on cars) we do not encourage user to install it on their own.

For the time being, and while stock last, the smaller version of the cable is included but only for COD (in KL/PJ) as I must install the cable for you as some cars require special tools and skills. Just installed..Did not feel anything yet..Maybe my car still new?

Thanks to the waja (squareballs), one kenari and one satria for installation today.

Squareballs, even new cars will feel it, unless its so new that you dont know how the car power output is like. (Owner not used to the new car).

You will notice acceleration is instant (no lagging) for waja and audio system is more bassy and vocal is clearer (stock sound system for waja).

After you drives for few weeks, take it off and try running the car without Power booster and see if there is a different.

Yes, squareballs. The light is definately brighter if you notice. That is one of the most frequent comment by Power Booster user other then lighter acceleration and fuel saving.

i'm the one driving satria....two thumbs up for the seller.really nice n fast response....item really good, feel more response, more bassy sound n my auto gear change also feel lighter..

trust me as i previously use pivot raizin and now after replace with this power booster the effect are much greater.

Its really depend on the car and the condition of the older VS. But most of my customer tried Power Booster and found out taking out the older VS would improve futher but some found out using both will gives more fuel saving. All cars will respond differently. That why we give test drive on the initial installation.

It will make the gear change smoother (no more lag and jerking) and reduce engine sound (this too but ALOT of user does not notice this becoz they dont really go and listen to how the engine sound like previously...LOL). But overall you will feel your car lighter, smoother and quieter. No doubt about that.

Installed 2 weeks ago..
Most noticeable improvements are:
Lower engine idle rpm. Previously was 900~1200rpm, now 800~1000rpm..
Radio now more bass.
Great pickup! Can now maintain at 80kmph while going up Makro Cheras hill..
Engine vibrations reduced.

Though the pros are well appreciated, still waiting for improvements on FC and cooler air cond (now seems hotter when car is in stand still eg. traffic jam). Air cond might be service due or low on gas. Will check on it at next service. Oh, also..I think I do need some help for the bottom cover.. Thanx!

At first thank you for kevin installed my myvi in kelana giant. ;-) . nice introduction of this product. First installation , I can listen the idle of engine quiet . During driving, I'm not sure whether got boosting on engine anot? because my behavior driving is light pedal. I also felt that others ppls driving slow in highway. Another important things is petrol saving . Need to monitor the next pump of petrol for accuracy. As pervious , my car able to run 400km ++ with 15'' rim and only Rm55++. Expect to see whether it can be 450++.

this product really impresses me
it actually solved my humming sound when switch on ICE(having this problem for 2 years) n just for merely 30 minutes of installation walah the humming sound is no more....
n yes my sound system feels much more better...
usually when i switch on AC the power is being drained a lot from 13.9v dropped till 11.2v sometimes 10.9 v :8 n result to engine dead in the middle of the road after installing the power booster the voltage stabilize.
the throttle response seems a bit lite because of the factor the electrical being stable.
will do update on FC n others aite......

Bought and installed by seller this afternoon - will test this week before installing in another car - initial findings : my stock radio sounds amazing - headlights brighter - smoother pickup on my SUV

thats exactly what i understood from your explanation
just wondering how that can happen
the speed to rpm is defined by gear ratio
the only way you can achieve your claim without changing the gearbox would be to install wheels with a larger diameter
in which case, the meter would still not show it coz it is mechanically linked to the transmission...not the actual velocity of the car
the speed is infered based on the predetermined specs of the car (engine rpm, gear ratio and wheel diameter)
only by using external measuring devices such as a GPS system could this result be actually seen

Will it work on a Camry? I was just wondering whetehr the effects will be significant on a larger car with larger voltage... And when the car is on the highway doing 190km/h, will that regulator blow up up or damage any other parts of the car? Especially the ECU?

At first I was sceptical about this fuel saving and power boosting thingy... But I purchased it anyway since it's cheap. Ice cube did a very neat installation job for me and was friendly too. Very prompt person, he was already waiting for me when I arrived.

My primary objective of installing the gadget was to brighten up my head lamps because I do a lot of night driving, but I was surprised that it really boosted the performance too. I could feel significant responsiveness and the car ran much smoother. I am impressed that the simple device could bring so much driving pleasure. I've heard and tried many power boosting equipments in the past with previous types of vehicles but this is the real deal... I can't say that it works like having a turbo engine, but it sure feels lilke more CC have been added to the car.

I strongly recommend getting this gadget from Ice Cube. Good job and hats off to you for discovering such a good product.
