As what i told you on the phone,

Last few month, i bought your voltage stabilizer. Currently, my battery become more shorter life span. At first, i thought my battery is old. Then i change it. But not even one week, the battery spoil again. So i get a replacement from the mechanic. After 2 week, the battery like weaken again.

The mechanic said that this matter they will lodge a report to the company. The brand of the battery is GP. The company itself replace another new one for me, and still the same thing happen.

They say, this voltage stabilizer did the battery life span shorter. Currently, my family member would like to ask for refund.

And the reply from you is " No, i cannot refund you. U give me your spoiled battery and the voltage stabilizer. My mechanic will check into it. "

Why not you gave me your manager number, So i straight talk to them ?
I taken the report from GP company. I don't want to make many problem. Example like, report police such thing. What i hope is a refund or you want to pay for my expenses on the battery ?
