@Ray
Haha.. But the OC just for benchmarking actually. I play games with default speed. Guess is enough for me dy. So i dun push any for my GC. laugh.gif 13K.. By then.. Im envy with pengster 68GS.. Good in OC. drool.gif Lucky din grab the 79GS.. Else i think it will be bottleneck by my procs. This 68GT just right to pair up with my 3.2E.. icon_rolleyes.gif

@Pengster
Whats ur GC temp during full load @ ur latest OC? hmm.gif

Woah.. What hsf are u using for ur 68GS? Seems like ur temp is lower then mine.. sweat.gif 68GT is a heat monster as well? shocking.gif

By then, im using MX-2 for the new thermal grease when move to FS-V7.. But the temp still high.. 50+.. Just now ran 3dMark03 for 20mins the temp hit around 70c' even with FS-V7.. shakehead.gif

P/s: Oh yea.. Ur proc seems like bottlenacking ur GC.. tongue.gif

Ic.. No wander.. My was using the NV40 core.. The older core for 6 series card. Maybe thats the reason why my card are much more hotter then urs. Idle temp is 5x'c.. Abit scary! Before that is 65+'c! sweat.gif

Yup.. Bottleneck alot actually. tongue.gif Nevermind la.. Ur going to turn dark side soon.. brows.gif

Oh yea.. In term of technology, 68GT is better then the GS. It fall between 68Ultra nad 68GS! A good choice.. Just like 8800Ulta & 8800GTS.. 8800GT are the best deal among those 2 card. biggrin.gif

No more OC result dy.. Everyone seems like enjoying their holiday! laugh.gif

@Pengster
Oh yea.. I was wander about the driver. As far as i know, for ATI card is better use the 3rd party type. I prefer OmegaDriver for ATI card. laugh.gif But for nvidia, i had been a long time din update with it. Thats why i wander which driver better. I try NGO before, seems like nothing much different with the official type.

@Ray
Nop.. Currently busy with work thiggy. Dont even got time sit down to play game. Haha.. Well.. Still running at 3.6Ghz for daily task. Just try to tighten up the ram timing for better respond pc.

@deale30
Yup. Manual OC will be much more fun and u can learn alot from there. Things such like dram timing, vcore, vdimm vagp and other etc are still waiting for u to explore it. biggrin.gif Somehow, things are like u have to touch it then u can learn. Practice better then words. laugh.gif Ofcause, dont over tune when just start. Go slowly and learn.

@pengster
Yea.. I prefer omega driver as if im using ATi card. Its far more stable then the official one. And drive the hardware in a bette way. Owh? Trying to break 2.7Ghz? brows.gif Hope to heard a good feedback from u.

P/s: Did u off all the background program before u run the test? It might help in term of reducing ram & proc usage in order to score better.
