There's a lot more scholarships other than just jpa or gov scholarships, many are full scholarships and some even let's you study overseas in UK/US fully sponsor including living allowances. If u can't get one, then ur just not good enough, simple as that, or u just too ignorant and didn't actually went and check what scholarships are available in Malaysia. But hey we have ptptn also, why? Ptptn also tak layak? If bodoh can't study then go learn vocational skills la, that also earn a lot la.

Scholarship providers are not charities, you bigot, make education opportunities accessible to all, like how they do in China, everything just depends on gaokao marks. Do not obscure and hide all these opportunities behind all the convoluted and hidden pathways that a student who might be less informed and needed to jump through hoops or get to know the right person to get these "exclusive" information, especially low income household whose parents might not be educated about such matters.

All those 'low income uneducated ill informed no cable household parents' defined by you can actually go talk to their respective schools' personnel, which they will gladly give offer legit advice and point you on the right path if you do have financial difficulties yet your kid have the motivation for further education, be it the academic or vocational route. No educators like seeing any one that is eager to learn be left behind
