Scholarships or loans opportunities are abundant in Malaysia. All those 'low income uneducated ill informed no cable household parents' defined by you can actually go talk to their respective schools' personnel, which they will gladly give offer legit advice and point you on the right path if you do have financial difficulties yet your kid have the motivation for further education, be it the academic or vocational route. No educators like seeing any one that is eager to learn be left behind
And yes, if you do not qualify for the scholarship means you are not good enough. Full stop. It is still not the end of the world
