QUOTE(Avangelice @ Dec 7 2025, 11:31 PM) Gym equipments have been the same for decades. The only reason people die are ego lifting. must be seeing a bunch of youngsters lifting heavy, thinking he able to do the same when he got age as the "experience"That uncle lifted 20kgs barbell with 10kgs x 6. Total 80 kgs. Look at his physique. Don't think he can lift 80 kgs. but he able to unrack it easily tho. my gym ok la. no newbies try to match my 140kg bench, i have been waiting for many years for someone unfamiliar to try to match my weight so that i can popcorn n watch, but no luck. |

And I'm talking OHP from rack position not catch and snatch probably cause is a low profile exercise, nobody really focus on it to boast about it. many years back i did 30kg each side with barbell. 40kg ill be seeing stars. next push session ill try load a bar with 40kg on a power rack just to test the feel. probably wont even budge |

I'm stuck at 45 to 46 kgs. Even tried using fractional weights at 1.5kgs to beat the plateau. Anyone got any advise how to break the plateau? |
