Internship - normally during / end of degree / diploma study. Attach to real workplace, supposed to 'expose' the student to real life work. Some being paid okay, some does not.

During the internship, the candidate should be monitored / mentored by company's supervisor and uni supervisor. Report from both will lead to passing / failing the internship.

I've failed a couple of interns at my workplace before. Does not perform as expected (as intern, not real full time worker). Wrote a detail report recommending he/she to be failed. For example: a networking degree student that have zero idea about very simple network stuffs (subnets, IP address, etc) and unwilling to learn new things.

You see I teach also kena marah by ktard, I speechless. Dunno how to teach. Teach how to cut paper straight? Teach how to peel packing tape? Teach how to stick waybill? Technique also teach slowly and stop to ask if understand and request hjm write down note. If other ppl diu you til fly jor.
